After interviewing several interior designers, I choose Cecile Lozano Interiors and have been very pleased with the results. My projects consisted of redecorating my home and a major remodeling of a one bedroom and a two bedroom apartment. Cecile did her research and was extremely detail oriented and organized. She covered every aspect of the project from designing tile patterns, floor layouts, helping me choose fixtures, window coverings, paint colors, finding the right furniture and decorative pieces as well as managing and overseeing all the construction. Everything we’ve done reflects the personal quality time that she has spent working with me in getting “just the right look “ instead of settling for “good enough.” I discussed with Cecile what I wanted to spend and my time frame. She completed the projects within the budged amount and on time. I’m very pleased with the outcome of the projects and have received many compliments from friends and family. I hired Cecile Lozano to redecorate my living room in San Francisco. She did a fabulous job. The project involved new paint colors for the walls and ceiling, new furniture, a rug and art work and window treatments. She uses your time thoughtfully, listens to you and has the ability to mix pieces from different price points. Cecile is great with colors, fabrics and textures. She is always on top of the project- I was able to relax and let her run with everything. The result was amazing- sophisticated but liveable and has gotten many compliments! I highly recommend Cecile.

Cecile did a great job! I love my new living room. Really - Cecile's efforts created exactly what i had in mind -- but her talent was in making the broad concepts and goals that I described into a reality that I wish i had dreamed of. Cecile's eye for color and artistry is outstanding. She was dedicated, responsive and stayed on top of everything - including me when needed! We met Cecile while she was working for talented designers Jay Jeffers and Steven Miller about ten years ago. This experience in interior design has allowed her to create her own design firm. Cecile has always been coming to our art openings and we collaborate once in a while when she is in need of art. Cecile has a great appreciation for art in her design and she is a lovely person to work with.

Cecile is absolutely fabulous to work with on several levels. Firstly, her color schemes are bold, adventurous, and refreshing. Without her guidance, I’m afraid we would have ended up with a very traditional, boring, and stale look. Secondly, she worked with our somewhat particular and eclectic tastes; she gathered pictures of our belongings, art pieces, rugs, and even taxidermy, and created a look that truly compliments and enhances everything we own. From the beginning, we told Cecile that we wanted our interior to stimulate conversation and even curiosity, and that’s exactly what we got. Lastly, Cecile is just an awesome human being. We both immensely enjoyed our time with her because she’s funny, laid back, and flexible. Since I was a child, I have wanted to live in what Cecile has created for us.

I am in process with Cecile for a kitchen update, and she has taken the time to really get my aesthetic and present concepts that reflect that - while occasionally pushing me a bit out of my comfort zone (as options). That's allowed me to consider new ideas that I wouldn't have thought of but am excited to implement, and I plan to use Cecile not only as our kitchen designer but to rework and design my work space. Cecile is professional, respectful, creative and hard-working. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for any design project.
