Contour’s professionalism continued from initial consultation, through design options, to final installation. Despite Covid, product shortage and other major construction work being carried out at the property, we were happy with the final completion schedule. The actual installed build is excellent in both quality and design.

The team were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful during the entire process from concept and design, through to installation and after sales care. Options, materials and appliances were explained in great detail which enabled us to make informed decisions in order to best meet our requirements and budget. They were always happy to answer my many questions and remained flexible to incorporate minor changes and injects that a project like this can sometimes throw up. Regular site visits and correspondence ensured the installation ran smooth and the results are stunning.

We approached the whole notion of a new kitchen with caution due to the limited options that the footprint allowed. Everything needed to change but the brief and our expectation would challenge any kitchen designer. We needn’t have worried as once we’d had our first meeting with David we knew immediately he was listening and came full of practical experience with a love of design. Compared to other companies, we quickly knew that Contour’s approach was going to be right for us. Coupled with this, we had researched German kitchen manufacturers and Leicht was very much on the list! David and Alex worked very hard to get the design right for us and very much took on board our concerns and wishes. It took a few iterations before hitting upon the right design but once we’d reached that point, we never looked back. It was plain sailing throughout, the fitting went smoothly (the fitter lovely too!) and we are absolutely thrilled with the result.

When we decided that we wanted to update and redesign our kitchen we found that it was near impossible to find anywhere capable of actually coming up with a new and exciting design different from the original kitchen.... until we went to Contour. David initially provided us with two different designs and gave his very valuable professional advice and experience of what would or would not work. The final result was wonderful. A quality kitchen which not only looks great but is also practical. Everyone at Contour was extremely approachable and the installation went very smoothly with any inevitable hiccups resolved quickly. I would certainly use Contour again. Highly recommend. Cannot recommend Contour highly enough. We worked with them for over 18 months on our project and their creativity, professionalism and patience was second to none. The Leicht product is excellent but it's the design flair and customer service you get from Contour which makes them stand out from the rest. They did a big kitchen, a utility room and a boot room for our new build house in 2020 and it all looks stunning. I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them whole heartedly.

It is often suggested that you should live in a new home for a while before embarking on changes. However, the kitchen installed just before we acquired the property, simply didn’t work on any basis – layout, storage or quality. Within weeks, we approached a number of kitchen companies, finding Contour Kitchens to be the most professional and realistic in terms of understanding what was needed. David and Alex produced a most enlightened concept, with features that met our practical requirements and expectations on quality. Efficient space utilisation and adequate storage were paramount, and the design dealt perfectly with these aspects. In terms of value for money, it far exceeded what was on offer from any other kitchen specialist, with all elements being logically and elegantly arranged. We now have considerably more storage and operating space than before, with our living and working spaces blending naturally into each other. Installation had to fit within coronavirus restrictions, but this was managed efficiently with the minimum of disruption or delay. The whole team were exceptionally professional, bringing innovative ideas and very high standards of workmanship to the project. Working in the kitchen is a total delight, and the solution complements our apartment with an appropriate quality and style.

We are very pleased with our kitchen and the experience of working with Contour. From the very first meeting, through the design process and installation we were able to realise something very special. A kitchen that fits perfectly with our family needs, that has become the heart of our home. We love it!

We delayed posting our review so that we could test the kitchen with a full blown party. That has had to be delayed for now but we know with certainty, that when the time comes, the kitchen will provide the perfect space. This is thanks to the design, care and attention of Contour Kitchens. As keen cooks our kitchen needed to be practical and functional as well as a beautiful living space. This required careful planning and good design. David was considerate of our requirements and incorporated the to produce a great design. The team at Contour were patient and understanding as we hesitated over layout / finishes / colours etc. Their gentle suggestions guided us in the right direction but there was never any pressure, just coffee and good advice. The execution of the kitchen from planning and design to delivery and installation was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and Richard's skill and attention to detail as our fitter was outstanding. Any adjustments needed were sorted by David and Richard calmly and quickly so that the whole process ran smoothly. We are thoroughly enjoying our kitchen; it has provided us with a whole new way of living and made the kitchen the very heart of our home. We cannot recommend the Contour team highly enough and, if you are looking to change your kitchen, look no further than this fantastic and dedicated team.

Before starting our kitchen/dining room renovation project we had developed a “contemporary design brief” for our Georgian Terraced House. We consulted with four different kitchen companies across a spectrum of both price and styling. A key requirement for us was the need to have a design that was uplifting, contemporary (without being too modern) and represented excellent value. Out of all the proposals it was the Contour proposal that delivered a near perfect design following our first meeting. A second meeting and a few design tweaks and the contract was awarded to Contour. As in any project you expect some unforeseen challenges and we certainly had our share. One of largest challenges was to get our new 240kg refrigerator with no proper access other than lifting the refrigerator over the garden wall by a crane but to do that we needed to access via another private property. However, Contour team got in touch with the owners and negotiated permission to bring in a crane. Everything was nicely managed, and the refrigerator was delivered safely. I would say we are rather detail oriented and we wanted to make sure that the kitchen was done to an absolute perfection. Once we met with the Contour installer, we knew that there was nothing to worry about. Our kitchen/dining turned out to be all and more to what we expected. It is an absolute pleasure spending time in our new kitchen/dining room. Overall all members of the Contour team were fantastic from start to the end. Professional, knowledgeable and with a lot of patience throughout the 5 month renovation project. Therefore, we couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We cannot recommend Contour highly enough! They have been fantastic from start to finish with exceptional customer service (and patience!) every step of the way. We are delighted with our kitchen and storage wall in the family room and the quality is excellent.
