We hired Cathy because her finished projects were the most impressive - and we looked at lots. She listened to what we wanted and often took our ideas on board but made them so much better, creatively and practically. Initially, we thought she would just design and plan the layout/decor, but in the end she worked with the contractor, selected amazing color schemes, worked with the painters, blind installers etc. I had remodeled another house before, which is why I went looking for a designer this time. She also saved us thousands of dollars in goods and services - window treatments, floors and furniture from vendors she has connections with. This also saved us hours on research and shopping and we got top of the line materials for far less than sticker price. We love the work she did and would recommend anyone out there thinking about getting interior design help to at least consult with Cathy before doing anything.
