My sales rep was Christina Butler, she was very quick to take my credit card and told us the our sofa would be in within 30 days ( sept 2021) every month we get pushed back 30 days, now the sofa will not be in until April 2022. Stay away from this company there a joke. the sales person doesn't call you back, very quick in taking my payment.

Although they claim and advertise to be a design center, CD is nothing more than an overpriced furniture store with furniture sales people hovering over you. They are only concerned about money and getting paid 50% upfront with the remainder paid before they deliver damaged furniture. Then you'll have to wait for a furniture touch up. Everything we had delivered was damaged- I think they purchase damaged or irregulars from a manufacturer at a reduced price and then sell it to the public at exorbinant prices. Several friends new to the Naples community also have had similar experiences. The negative reviews you read are accurate. CD is big on advertising and small on quality and customer service. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. Don't be a sucker for this! Go elsewhere. Awful experience>

Well, where do I begin. An “expert” who purportedly assessed our space, and even “laid out” the furnishings according to scale, sold us a $22,500 custom bedroom set. Custom means NO accommodations if you change your mind. No exchange, no refund , no credit.. Well, the furniture doesn’t git in the room. Is it our problem? I think not. We are not the experts, and wouldn’t know the first thing about furniture. The experts I’ll advise, and the customer pays the price for their uniformed negligence.Months and months of empty promises to do this and that.. not one person did any of it. We are stuck with a gorgeous $22,000 bedroom set that we may as well use for firewood. Do your research VERY VERY carefully before you set foot in this store. Clive Daniel Home helped us design and furnish a complete home renovation project for us. The home was very gaudy French style with a bit of Tuscan mixed in. It had to go but the bones were good. Our designers were Michael and Thomas and they brought our new vision to life. Everyone we had contact with was wonderful. Everything arrived on schedule and we were very satisfied with our experience from start to finish. I also love shopping their showroom floor. It’s a gorgeous store and their hand made rug selection is to die for. We will be returning customers for every project on future homes from here on out.

Horrible company. Charged for design services but provided a furniture salesperson with no technical education. The person had no sense of proportion, was unable to put fabric materials together, and was totally incompetent. The furniture purchased was poor quality, though not inexpensive. The entire experience was awful. Try Norris furniture. They are professionals and honest. This company is not

Very Disappointed with the service and attention to detail. I cannot tell you the number of mistakes they made and the delays in delivery .. Run to Robb & Stuckey ... The experience should have been pleasurable but it was far from it.. For the price you would believe they would have their game together which they did not.
