From start to finish, Nick was a true professional: responsive, honest, even-tempered and committed to ensuring that CKA met our high expectations. Whenever the occasional challenges would arise (as they inevitably do in every construction project), Nick always worked to resolve the challenges in a calm, transparent and diligent manner until we were completely satisfied. Integrity, diligence and dedication to customer satisfaction make CKA unique among contractors. Nick, Kevin, Cesar, Luis, Marco, Pattricia, Belle and everyone at CKA were very easy to work with. I have had the privilege of working with the CKA family for more than a decade. They are truly what I call an old-fashioned family business that makes a difference between average work and true exceptionalism. Nothing in life goes perfect but you can rest assured that the CKA team will be with you all the way to create beauty, innovate technically, and resolve issues when needed. When looking for a general contractor I can not recommend CKA highly enough.

A little over two years ago I was looking for a contractor to rebuilt / remodel my house. I hired CKA Construction for the job and they exceeded my expectations in every category; it was one of the best decisions of my life. Their craftsmanship was excellent; the attention to details was impeccable. I also appreciated CKA Construction's honesty!!! In today's bidding wars, so many contractors will under bid the job so they can get the work; once in the job, they come up with additional charges. When CKA Construction gave me the estimate; it was accurate, it was spot on, with no additional charges; they are honest upfront about all costs. I would recommend CKA Construction anytime, their quality of work and honesty is worth their weight in gold!

Комментарий в: Roof waterproofingThis house was done with a wood truss system and used standard built up roofing material. Multiple vendors such as Gaf have systems for this type of application.
