I enjoyed working with Cava Wine Cellars and recommend them without hesitation. I had looked for a partner for quite some time to help me create a wine room. Chris understood what I wanted, was flexible with the design, priced the job fairly and delivered and installed the finished work with precision. He and his son Niko were a pleasure, always showed up exactly when expected and were meticulous in their daily clean-up. I'm very pleased in all respects.

I've dealt with a lot of craftsmen and contractors and, I must say, Chris and his son Niko are consummate professionals. So easy to deal with. They communicate well, set expectations, have the right expertise and are all-around honest gentlemen. They completed my 1,000 bottle cellar on time and under (yes, that's right -- under) budget. I'm thrilled with the result and give them my highest and most unequivocal endorsement!

When my husband and I bought our house we knew we wanted a nice big wine cellar to house our growing collection of California cabs. We also knew who we wanted to hire for the job – Chris had done a magnificent job on the cellar in our old house and we knew we wanted him back for this much larger project. Once again, Chris did an outstanding job, designing a beautiful, spacious, functional cellar with awesome mahogany racks. Chris is a delight to work with – patient, accommodating, professional with a fine attention to detail. He worked extremely well with our contractor on the installation and continues to offer excellent customer service and support. Chris did an excellent job. he did our wine cellar in the old house and when we moved into the new one, I knew who to call. He was very helpful in designing the cellar as well as the construction. I wouldn't use anyone else. He has a wide range of designs and can handle any job whether it's big or small.
