Carefree homes I just had a new roof installed. The office staff are very professional and kind. They were exceptionally accommodating and understanding in scheduling the installation to meet my needs. The install team worked tirelessly and were extremely thorough from start to finish ! The workmanship was excellent. I even had my neighbors commenting on how impressed they thought the roof and clean-up were handled ! I could not be happier with the entire experience! After using a horrible contractor, my Aunt referred Care Free homes to me for my front porch and new windows. The foreman Eddie and carpenter Joseph were amazing!! The porch is better than I expected!! Quality work, all my neighbors are asking me for the number! I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend this company.

We were extremely happy with CareFree Homes! The crew, led by Lucas, along with Ulices, Bolivar and Miguel was exceptional! They were professional, friendly, responsive, timely and very neat, cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. They removed an old deck and replaced it and sided our house. Both jobs were done to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to use CF Homes again or to recommend them to friends.

Eddie and Kevin just completed our new front entry and did a phenomenal job!! They removed a small mud room and old cement steps and replaced with Asek rail system and decking which looks beautiful! They are both so pleasant and hard working! We will definitely use care free homes again and request Eddie and Kevin!

I have used Carefree Homes twice, both times I have been very happy. The crew is professional, punctual, and work is done just as quoted. When they are done, they clean up as if they were never there! I would recommend Care free, and have. I would also use them again, and will.

Thanks to the Carefree Homes New Year New Roof Giveaway. My Brother was the 2022 recipient of a new roof. The care and detailed information we received was beyond what we could have ever expected. Stephanie’s constant communication from the start of the project to finish, is the perfect example of what a company should be. The crew went to work right away and in two days all that was left behind was a beautiful new roof. Just had an old octagon window replaced and shingles replaced with pvc under 2 windows that were rotting from being behind a flower box. Josh and Tony were quick, neat, and excellent craftsmen. Nate specking the project and Dana project managing very professional. Thank you Carefree Homes.

Care Free Homes located in Fairhaven MA, has earned their title!! Recently, I was their 6th winner of this year 2021 Free Roof Giveaway! I must say, it was an Awesome experience from the beginning to the end!! I can’t say enough wonderful, positive things about this company! I was nominated by my sister. Once I was told that I became one of the 5 finalists, Curiosity set in and I began to do some research. I was pleasantly surprised to read all the wonderful things this company along with GAF Roofing, Black Tie Cookies and United Way has done and continue to do to give back to our community. Stephanie Pickup, woman in charge of Marketing for Care Free Homes, accompanied with my sister and her husband surprised me at my place of employment with an announcement of me becoming the winner of this years contest!! I was surprised with cameras, balloons, GAF Roofing samples, girls dressed up in inflatable Unicorn costumes and Black Tie Cookies for me and for my co-workers as well! I was in total shock! Soon after, the process quickly started. Stephanie reached out to me and explained the entire process. I explained to her that I needed to repair my chimney first and without hesitation she told me she would send over their Mason to assess the situation. The very next day, I received a call explaining what needed to be done and an estimate. After I agreed, days later my chimney was torn down and rebuilt from the roof line up. When I returned home from work, my new chimney was standing beautifully and there was no evidence that anyone was even in my yard! Shortly after, I received a call from one of the workers informing me of the start date, weather permitting along with the process. Due to the COVID, I was told to pick out two choices for shingle colors and they would do everything possible to get what I wanted and as promised, they did!! A few days later, there were a team of professionals working hard on my home even in the bitter cold weather. They supplied and replaced all the wood on my roof before laying down the shingles. They had no idea the challenge they were in for. Yet, they continued to work hard to make my home a better place!! I was totally amazed on how clean, efficient and diligently they all worked for 3 long days!! They shoveled off the snow and worked as a team to provide me with an amazing, beautiful new roof!!! At the end of it all, Stephanie dropped off a few boxes of pizzas, paper goods and another box of delicious Black Tie Cookies to celebrate my New Year, New Free Roof and welcomed me and my family into the Care Free Home Company. I, with confidence, and without hesitation will only call this company to complete the remaining projects that need to be done for my home!! Care Free Homes is always such an amazing construction company to work with. They recently replaced my old roof with a new GAF roof system, wrapped our trim in vinyl and replaced our gutters. All of this work instantly ended any water problems we were having in our basement and gave us great peace of mind as that house has now become a rental property for our family. Prior to this work we had hired Care Free Homes to knock down walls in our downstairs and create a more open floor plan as well as replace windows with Harvey Windows. The work was always exceptional, the folks doing the work were pleasant and always cleaned up after themselves including finding every last nail which was great for our littles. We can't recommend Care Free Homes enough. From their work in the community to the work they've done on my parents home and our own home.

Our Family became Care Free last week. We wanted to sell our home and the buyer feedback we were getting was that the roof needed to be replaced. We met with Stephanie & Nate and they worked with us through choosing, scheduling and affording the new roof just in time for it to be sold. 24 hours later, our home was officially under agreement. The roofers were there and gone within one day and left our yard and property more immaculate than they'd found it. Happy to be Care Free!

Earlier this year I met with a representative of Care Free Homes regarding siding my house. The young man was polite and patient, he took the time to be sure I understood the process and what would be done. Wow, am I glad after meeting with him I decided to hire them. They sided my house including repairing some damage to the carport, they also replaced my front door and storm door. Every step of the way they were always available to speak with and advise me. What a great job, they went above and beyond paying attention to every detail. I was so pleased I decided to rehire them a few months later to replace my back steps with a small deck. Their workers were polite, professional, clean and always paid great attention to detail.

We recently won the $25,000 home make over with care free homes! The experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. From our first meeting with Stephanie, I knew we would be in good hands! She makes you feel like you've known each other your whole life :) We won a new roof,vinyl siding, and replacement windows! Salesman demanded that I sign a contract with Care Free Homes to renovate my home. He started trying to make assorted deals just to get the contract signed immediately and stormed off when I stood my ground in wanting to check other other contractors. Very unprofessional and I would never hire them.

CareFree Homes recently sided our house with beautiful siding, replaced 10 windows with Harvey windows and reshingled the roof to our garage. The staff from the office were so kind and caring. Their work crew was incredible! They were polite, worked efficiently and cleaned up after the job everyday. We can now say our home is beautiful & "care free" They are an amazing family run company with a heart of gold and a supportive hand in our local community. If you need work done go with Care Free! Carefree Homes vinyl sided my home and installed a new kitchen window and entry door. Quality of materials and workmanship were both excellent. Work was performed in a timely manner and never exceeded price quoted. We have used Carefree Homes for three different projects over the last 10 years and would highly recommend them. Work is top notch and everyone is a pleasure to deal with.

Care Free Homes Inc helped us with the siding 2 years ago. They did excellent job. They helped us choose the perfect color and made the building much more nicer. They're efficient too. They also have great customer service.

Not only did they build our house, we hired them again to help build an addition. We don't think we will find anyone else that is this good at what they do.

I had contacted Nathan to quote a small deck at my mother's house because she did not know who to call. My plan was to get 3 estimates but Nathan was the first to respond, the first to visit, and the most professional. We were only able to obtain one other estimate and it was extremely high. So we hired Care Free Homes and just as expected, the carpenters were professional, courteous, and neat. The project went as smooth as possible and the craftsmanship is fantastic. Now my mother can enjoy outdoor living again! Future projects will be siding, windows & doors. Of course we will not hesitate to call Care Free Homes! Thanks Nathan!

I hired the company to replace the old roof shingles with new. The waited to do the job due to the high temperatures as the granules on the shingles would be stripped off the new shingles during the installation. When the temperature dropped to an acceptable level the crew came and stripped the roof, re-roofed and cleaned up in three days. It was a difficult roof in that there are valleys and dormers requiring a lot of cutting and fitting. Good job by this company.

They put an on addition and a garage for our home. The job was done sooner than the date that was given and everything went really smoothly. It came out the way we wanted it looks good. i would recommend them. They did a great job and I think a lot of times you hear things like "it took so much longer than anticipated," but that didn't happen with us.
