I can't recommend Calm Order Inc and Karen enough - they are beyond outstanding and really took the stress out of moving! We hired Calm Order to help coordinate our entire move (packing then unpacking and organizing). They worked so efficiently and effectively with us and with the movers. All boxes were unpacked and organized within 1-2 days of moving in, it was amazing! On top of that, my house was brilliantly organized top to bottom (pantry, bathrooms, closets, etc). Karen is so thoughtful in her approach to coming up with practical solutions for organizing your home, and making sure they "stick" so there's longevity to the organizing. She comes prepared with all the storage containers and bins you’d need (it would have taken me months and many trips to various stores to do what she accomplished!). And 6 months into our move, we still have the same organizational strategies in place. The kids know exactly where everything goes, because it’s been labeled and organized for them - it saves me SO much time in the end. Beyond the wonderful service they provide, they are also such lovely and conscientious people to work with. Karen and are her team are truly the best!

Karen and her team were so efficient with our move. Scheduled our moving truck, helped pack and unpack, and organize my whole place! She had great ideas and truly knows space! A true expert in move coordination and unpacking services.

At first I called a few organizational consultants in Calgary and they wanted a couple of hundred upfront. I resorted to Karen because she was willing to give her opinion first and let's just say I made a good decision! She has a very keen eye for optimal space usage and presented several options for storage. She made several recommendations for products to help facilitate organizing my belongings. I would definitely recommend her first if you want to sort your living space!

Karen and her staff are lifesavers, miracle workers, problem solvers, and organize in way that even I, an admitted perfectionist, find impressive. Calm Order has been involved with every aspect of our complicated move over the past year: from moving out of our house, pre-move sorting and organizing, packing, and unpacking us in two locations at the end. Everything organized to a "T", and in its place at the end. Always ready to find a resource for us if it wasn't in her balliwick. Even after the move, available to help out with any questions or loose ends. From the start, Karen had a good plan and process which made it so smooth. Always on time, fees as agreed upon, basically no surprises. We could not have done it with so much ease without them. I cannot recommend them more highly!

We hired Karen for a recent move. We had her coordinate the movers (who were also excellent!), help pack up the old house, and unpack at the new house. We have moved numerous times and this was by far the best move experience we have ever. Karen took care of everything and made our move stress free! On move day her team was amazing and by the end of the day our 4000 sf home was completely unpack and free of boxes. At the end of the day we were able to fully function in our home as if we had been settled in for years already. Our kitchen was expertly organized, as well as our closets. I would highly recommend Karen and her team for moving or for just helping organize any area of your home.

We hired Karen and the Calm Order team to help us move a client that was in the middle of moving out of their home for a renovation when one of them developed a serious health issue. Karen was incredible at jumping in to help find a time that worked for everyone. She quickly found a date that worked and arranged movers and her entire team in no time. On the day of the move, they showed up and everything was organized, planned and executed so efficiently that we were packed up and moved to the new house in no time. Every person knew exactly what they were doing and worked incredibly hard. I cannot recommend Calm Order enough and look forward to working with Karen and her team again.

Karen did a great job organizing my pantry. I'm quite happy with it. She introduced me to a line of sturdy containers that looked very nice too. I will definitely consider her for my next project

Karen of Calm Order helped us to purge and declutter our home of 30 years prior to a move and downsize. We were very happy with her professional manner, how dedicated and efficient she was. She is a really hard worker and cared about what she was doing and in that process went over and above for us in getting the job done. Lastly, we found her to be very friendly and felt like she was a good friend who genuinely was concerned about the job we were doing.

I felt like Karen was genuinely interested in what I required to make a space work, took control of the clutter and gave every item a home. Karen was very attentive to items I used daily, weekly and once in a while. This attention to detail made my space work for me immediately. I was looking for someone to come in and help me re-work three areas in my home. I was looking for ideas and solutions for the least functioning areas of my home. Karen was fantastic! She offered a range of solutions, from full construction to simple shelving. She figured out what size and brand of shelf would work best. She saved me hours of trying to figure it out myself!
