California Closets of Tennessee

Working with California Closets has been an amazing process from start to finish! The designer, JT Morin, I worked with did a great job designing spaces that were functional, customized for my specific needs, and aesthetically pleasing! During the consultation I was able to see 3D images of the spaces and JT brought so many great ideas to the table! The team was flexible to get in and build the spaces as soon as possible, and Rich built all 4 spaces in one day! He was so kind and hard working. Very pleased with the finished product!

Our experience was great from the time I called to set the appointment throughout the process. Lana was our designer so when we met we gave her some ideas of what we were looking for and she worked her magic. We had a budget and she was able to stay within that budget to get us the design we needed. Her communication was the best one night after working hours we texted about the design, the prices and installation she was able to answer all of our questions. She also walked us through the financing part as well which was very helpful. The prep guy was on time and worked very hard for two days getting the two areas ready. I was very pleased with him. The installation was great watching the young man come in looking at the areas and then getting to work on it. He hit a few bumps through the process but never did I notice him to show any emotions. I must say our experience with California Closets has been nothing but TOP NOTCH service. Oh I cant leave out the scheduler or manager Im not sure her title but when she called about the dates she was very nice and also checked in to make sure things were going ok. Thank you all again. I hope dont have anymore needs for closets but if we do well be calling

My first experience with California Closets was with Danielle. She was so nice and such a pleasure to work with on a personal and professional basis. She helped us design what we were looking for with paying attention to all the details. Our end result was amazing and we are so pleased. Looking forward to working with her again soon!

Everything went very smooth from our first visit with Lana to the completed installation by Mr. Caldwell. We loved the design Lana came up with for our needs. She listened to us, and made any adjustments as needed. Mr Caldwell was thorough, tidy, considerate to not hit walls when bringing in cabinet pieces. He took the time afterwards to explain how everything worked, cleaned all the cabinets when he was finished and even left a personal note. We couldnt be happier with our first experience with California Closets. (Score 10 out of 10)

AWESOME!!! The best investment I ever made! My closet looks WONDERFUL!!! I never even realized how big the closet was and how much space was in there until California closets came and did my closet. If you're thinking about getting a California closet...DO IT!!! There is NO WAY you'll regret it!

The designer Rebecca Watson was very knowledgeable and professional. She was what sold us in California Closets. The installers were also very professional. We will do future projects with California Closets in Nashville.

This was our second home we have had to use California Closets design and install our master closet. From start to finish the experience was flawless. Amanda, the design consultant, was easy to work with and suggested things we had not thought of. The installers (Ryan and Dalton) were pleasant, efficient and worked as a true team and finished in short order. They all represented their Company very well. We would not hesitate to use Calif. Closets of TN. again.

The folks at California Closets have done an excellent job at our house. They also built closets for us at our previous home. They are very organized, professional and friendly.

I am THRILLED at the job that California Closets did for me. I built a new house, and the builder was just going to hang wire racks halfway up the wall. I bit the bullet and finally called CC - best choice I made during the building process!

At last, a new closet after decades in a poorly functioning one. My CC consultant's plan increased storage capacity. The finished product is neat, clean and aesthetically pleasing.

It's been a year and i know i should have written one of these sooner but life has been extremely busy with a new job and working on my stable. So a couple a years ago we moved into our new house. A beautiful place with a huge walk in closet. The closet was however, very basic with its set up. We thought of first just doing it ourselves because we knew it would cost a bit being such a big space. Yet, a few years before that we lived in WA and used California Closets. Loved it!! It was a perfect closet and turned our small condo closet into a huge useful space. Plus we turned our half our coat closet into a pantry. We loved it so much we decided we should go ahead and splurge. So we called them up. The first part was easy, wonderful consultation, tweaked things around to fit our budget yet still get the extras i desired, i had no problem there. After they got our money is when everything went downhill... and i still have pics to prove it. The installation was so shoddy i practically cried when i got home from college and saw it. They didn't start one of the sides on the proper wall so i had a huge gap that couldn't be covered. They covered up the heating vent, which was partly a misunderstanding though from the drawing i thought it would be clear. More gaps then i can count, poor fittings around the corner and i'm still not sure what they were doing in a couple of the cupboards. Basically its shoddy. I could have paid half of what i did and doubt i would have gotten worse at Lowes. I did try to resolve, contacted the woman i consulted with and nothing. So i called a number on the contract. Ended up with someone who no longer was a part of the company but was very nice and connected me with another woman. She connected me with a man who pretty much came out, threw some cheap pieces over the worse gaps and said all better. In the beginning i wasn't asking for much but after being treated as if i was inconveniencing them with what they made me feel like were nonexistent issues.. i became upset but still tried to be polite. Maybe if i had yelled and cussed i would have received a better response. Finally, when i contacted woman again i just got run around and finally they stopped talking to me all together. If i hadn't been so busy with schooling and working i would have done more and still wish i had followed through... so now all i can do is post this and hope to help someone else not go through this headache. I won't say california closets is bad... but the one in Franklin is terrible.

Very professional ,proficient, did there job real well very knowledgeable, did excellent job in a manner able time frame seem to enjoy what they do
