Gary Breakwell's company constructed our private residence. The whole project was managed extremely well by Gary, from design and approvals, through cost estimates and budgets, to construction and practical completion. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the house build, which 17 years later is still in great condition. Gary personally supervised all aspects of the building and was very easy to deal with around variations and changes along the way.
