Rick was a terrific contractor to work with. He listen intently, made spot on suggestions, provided an honest bid, thoroughly explained the process, used only the best building materials, his subs were all artists. They built our detached garage exactly the way we wanted it, used the paint brands and colors we specified. Never substituted materials without discussion, first. Provided weekly schedules for building and stuck to them. Completed on time and no additional costs from the quote. Absolutely the most honest contractor I have ever dealt with. If you don’t sign with him to build your dream, you have made a huge mistake. We’d do it all over, again, and with Bordeaux Luxury Homes. Thanks, Rick, for a great experience. Britt & Gloria….

I am very happy with my remodel by Bordeaux Luxury Homes. Special kudos to Rick Montelongo for his design and vision. His ideas transformed my home into a true luxury home. From the remodeled kitchen to the Master Bath and everything in between it reflects quality, workmanship and style. He has a great crew and they operate efficiently and within scheduled time frames. There is a personal touch to everything they do and they take pride in their work. The best recommendation I can offer is that I originally hired Rick to remodel my kitchen and I liked it so much I went on to have him remodel the rest of the house (after 33 years it needed a lot of updating). I would not hesitate to recommend Bordeux Luxury Homes for your next project.

Rick and his crew did an excellent job on our kitchen remodeling. He is very attentive to your needs and the amount of time spent on the project was exact to what we were told it would take. His crew is nothing but professional . We sat down with Rick and asked for quality work and that is what we received . It is without reservation that I would highly recommend his services. My husband and I are very pleased with our newly remodeled kitchen. We would use Bordeaux luxury homes again.

Had a very positive experience with this contractor. He sat down with us ahead of time explained the whole procedure, time frame and costs. Even explained measures where we could help save costs. Didn't try to hard sell us even when we let him know we were talking with several contractors. Very professional, good quality work and met all deadlines. Highly recommend him.

Rick Montelongo worked with us on an addition we added to our home. We added the addition in 2008 and have not had one complaint with the work done on the addition over the years. Rick was very reliable and responsive and his whole team did everything they promised I Highly recommend this man for remodeling.

Worked with Rick on several home projects, including a major remodel involving adding a floor to our home. There was never any delays, cost over runs or surprises. The work was professional, fully inspected by the city, and integrated with the existing house seamlessly. After horror stories from friends about bad experiences, I was obviously fortunate to have found someone of such character and honesty. Recommended without reservation.

We had Rick Montelongo build an entertainment area as an addition to our house. They built a fireplace from stone, complete cook kitchen, surround sound, 3 ceiling fans, and electric screens for closure. He assigned a design consultant to help us do the planning which is very important in this big of a job. They had to completely redesign our back roof to get the proper drainage. We are completely happy with this area and use it every weekend.

Rick and his crew are exceptional. Very professional and knowledgeable in developing a plan/design to fulfill your needs while not going overboard. We wanted our kitchen remodeled but did not really know what we wanted. Rick went to work on a design to suit our kitchen size and we loved it. Rick stays actively involved to ensure all your requirements are being met, that you are satisfied, and work stays on schedule. His construction crew are truly craftsmen. They all know exactly what needs to be done and take great pride in doing the best job possible.
