I have had experience with three other landscape lighting companies over the last 20+ years. None provided the professionalism, knowledge, customer care, and timely service that was given by Bob Kelly and his staff. His conscientious attention to the needs of the customer and detail for the project was impeccable. I would highly recommend ELEGANT CUSTOM IMAGES for any/all outdoor lighting concerns.

We had landscape lighting installed in our front and back yard by Bob Kelly, and his magnificent team. We absolutely love it! Bob, Mario, and the entire team are very personable, and professional. The difference in our property is amazing! They offered us great ideas, and completed the job in a timely manner. Meticulous work, outstanding service!! Highly recommend!!

Bob Kelly and his team are exceptional. The professionalism and knowledge exhibited throughout the process of deciding to light our property was first rate. Bob is personable, professional and looks out for the best interest of the Customer. Deciding to light your home is a big decision, so having it done right is important. If you are at the point where this is what you want to do, call Bob Kelly and his team. We are very pleased with the entire result.

After a short explanation of what I wanted, Bob Kelly offered several suggestions, all of which were excellent and innovative. He immediately picked up on what I was trying to accomplish, and showed me how to do it in the most economical way. One day later I approved his suggestions, and two days later they were there to install! After installation, I wanted to change a couple of things, and he immediately came back, and made the changes at no additional cost! I highly recommend Bob Kelly!

After purchasing several dusk to dawn yard lights which was constantly being replaced I decided to use a professional. Internet search led me to Elegant Custom Images..Bob was timely on his initial visit. His team of guys are as he is- very professional, courteous and amazingly knowledgeable. With his recommendation and my input they did a great job installing my lights in a very limited time. My yard looks GREAT. Thank you! Highly recommended..

We needed landscape lighting for the front of our home and also the back. We back up to woods and wanted to bring out the natural beauty of the woods at night. Bob Kelly and his staff designed and installed a system of lights that are stunning. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work or the value for our money. I’m a veteran as is Bob. We love the lights installed by Elegant Custom Images. They knew the best spots to put lighting to hi-light our home. Mr. Kelly goes above and beyond with customer service. The first night our lighting was on he was waiting across the street at 8pm to make sure everything looked perfect. He continues to be prompt and thorough a year later with any questions or upkeep needed.
