Benning Construction bailed me out of a master-bath renovation gone awry. Eric and team then completed our kitchen renovation within budget and on time. The attention to detail is phenomenal and the response to questions was immediate. We've never found any contractor so easy to work with and so trustworthy. We look forward to our next renovation project.

After interviewing three local firms, I hired Benning Construction to remodel my master suite; the results were amazing!! Eric and his crew were professional, expert in their crafts, respectful of my property and extremely accommodating! And, they worked collaboratively with my fabulous designer, Katrina Stumbos, Katrina Stumbos Interior Design! At the onset, Eric provided me a detailed estimate noting all of our agreements and, at project's end, he honored all of those agreements and delivered on time and within budget. I couldn't be happier with the ways things turned out! Simply stunning!!!

Benning Construction has done excellent work on our home. The workers are courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable about their area of work. They are on time and they clean up the mess at the end of the day so there is nothing for us to trip or step over. The projects are completed in a timely manner and done very well. If I have a question or issue with anything that is being done, I can call Eric Benning and he'll listen, come over to review, and make the necessary changes.
