Sonny did a wonderful job replacing our white balusters with beautiful cast iron balusters. He spent a lot of time with us discussing the options and sharing samples. We were confident that we chose well and he did not disappoint! There were some unexpected challenges during the installation process (aren't there always?), but Sonny handled them well and communicated with us throughout. The stairs look amazing, we could not be happier.

We were looking for a change for our staircase and contacted Sonny @ Balusters Affordable, who came recommended from a friend of ours. He arrived promptly as scheduled and we reviewed our options. Once a design was selected, Sonny promptly sent over the proposal, whish we felt was very reasonable. Once we approved the proposal, we scheduled a date for the job that was convenient for us. Sonny arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely manner. he was courteous, friendly and did an excellent protecting our home. We could not be happier with the end result. The transformation is amazing. Would highly recommend Balusters Affordable.

The communication and willingness to work on schedule and finding the right fit for your budget was great. The bang for your buck is up there as well! We had a couple issues with layout but they were willing to come back and address. They wouldn’t accept a payment until the job was done and we were satisfied. I think that says a lot about their integrity!
