We operate under the California Minor Work exemption law that allows us to perform minor repairs and maintenance under $500 without a state contractors license. I have used Alex for several projects at my house. (Latest one noted in this survey) APM got back to me the same day that I called each time. He was punctual each time that we scheduled a project. He did excellent work and his prices are very reasonable. I am very happy and will continue to use him for other projects as they come up.

Alex did a great job fixing the faucets in our kitchen. These were grohe tyoe faucets and a little difficult to assemble. Alex also did a great job hooking up my cable lines uner the house. Reliable and professional.

Alex replaced leaky faucets in kitchen hooked up dishwasher, quick and efficient I have used his services twice and highly recommend him
