Povilas from Architektas was excellent in managing our planning permission from design, application submission to approval. Povilas understood our requirements and took great consideration in evaluating design options to meet our needs. The property is Grade II listed and we appreciate Povilas’ expertise working on this type of property. Highly recommended

We moved to our new home last year and were looking for an architect to help us with a rear extension, master bedroom renovation and creation of a front porch. We approached Povilas and few other architects and ended up taking his service as we were really impressed with his client focused approach. Povilas worked on the design and other aspects and submitted these to the Council on our behalf. These were approved quickly and without any hassle. During the planning and mobilization stage, most of which was during the lockdown, he worked on different aspects such as detailed design, electrical plan etc and also put together a fantastic tender pack for us. He supported us throughout making crucial decisions and also when there were major issues which could have resulted in the project coming to a full standstill. We have absolute no hesitation in recommending Povilas and are thankful for his excellent and attentive service.

We start working with Pov for about half a year. He has done full package drawings for a few projects we are working on. Pov is really professional, hardworking and knows his job. We will definitely use his services in the future. I highly recommend him. 10 out of 10

Povilas has recently designed the rear extension for our terrace house in South London. He has been fantastic to work with - he's kind, helpful and professional and because of that, from the get-go the process has been really smooth. When my husband and I met with Povilas, he listened carefully to everything we had to say and took it on board - he also gave really constructive advice. He was absolutely brilliant with email communication too, so quick to respond, which meant that we were able to agree the final plans promptly. Six weeks on and Povilas has sorted planning permission with the Council and he has provided the structural plans for the extension too, so we're ready to go with the build. The design itself is really exciting, Povilas has managed to keep things in budget for us while allowing for the height and light we so desperately want from our extension. We would highly recommend him.

Our experience with Povilas was wonderful and we would highly recommend ARCHITEKTAS. Everything from our initial inquiry to work out what type of design help we needed. The advices about our plans that made us think about what we really liked. Povilas "magic" in taking our ramblings, pictures and conflicting colour thoughts and turning them into great design options which opened up our eyes to lots of possibilities. The final design was much more than we could ever imagine and we will be forever grateful for Povilas patience and kindness, and that he pushed us to think outside of our comfort zone. Stylish and practical, couldn't wish for anything more. If anyone doubts investing in professional design, I hope this review helps persuade them to go for it, and if they do that they reach out to ARCHITEKTAS.
