WHAT WE DO
Archestrate is a multidisciplinary design firm offering architecture and graphic design services to public and private clients throughout south Louisiana. We have a diverse portfolio of work including education, office, residential, structures for religious worship, performing art facilities and retail projects. We also have an interdisciplinary creative production studio focusing on 3D printing, product design and image fabrication for art, architecture, advertising, and print.

I'm very sorry that you feel inconvenienced regarding this matter. As I'm sure you can recall, you wanted to use an existing 1600 sf floor plan with an existing 3500 sf roof plan (2 different houses) as a basis for your new house plan. Merging the two (with a complex roof) and completing several revisions for you took 4 months. When you increase the complexity and level of detail to a project, you increase the budget. Not only in architectural fees but also construction cost. We try our best to make time for all of our clients. A 3 month wait for another set of revised drawings, is in our opinion, a reasonable timeline. We even offered to share our dwg files with you. If you need further assistance, we can refer you to draftsman, other architects or builders.
