Bean Designed Ltd have been fantastic throughout the planning stages of my loft& Kitchen conversion with great insights, advice and ideas from start to finish. I would highly recommend and definitely use again should the need arise.

Bean Designed provided us with several creative options for a single story kitchen, utility and dining room extension. It was a complex design due to some of the structural requirements for supporting the rest of the house whilst the new extension was constructed. Andrew and Claire were very professional in their approach to the project and provided excellent advice, resulting in a fantastic extension that delivers on the original brief. Andrew and Claire gave me the perfect design for our annexe. I’ve done a few building jobs before and was very impressed with the design and how it fitted exactly with my brief, but also with the practicality and clarity of the plans such that the building work was straightforward. They guided me through the planning process too. Their experience is invaluable. We now have exactly what we wanted.

We approached Bean Designed through recommendation and were so thankful we did. Our plot where we proposed to out an extension was an unusual shape due to pipes adjacent to the property. We had a long list of wishes and they were all fulfilled in the suggested design. Our property is kow exactly what we needed and we can't imagine going back to the house pre-extension. We now have the choice to move when we want to (not for decades!) rather than moving because we'd outgrown the house

Thanks to the experience and expertise of Andrew and Claire they secured my planning permission renewal. After long delays with the planning dept at EDDC and the virus delays they decided to apply for reserved matters before the outline renewal had been decided. This was a brilliant move and completely threw the planning councilors,they could not refuse the reserved matters and as such could not refuse the outline planning permission renewal. This led to one councilor saying 'could someone tell me whats happening because I haven't got a clue'. I now have a very keen purchaser for the building plot and all is going smoothly at the moment. I always found Andrew and Claire very approachable and always ready to go the extra mile to achieve a successful result for their clients.

We built a new house with Bean Designed which we project managed ourselves with advice and support all through the process from Bean Designed. We were working to a tight budget and by collaborating together we ended up with a fantastic house, with a great design from Bean Designed which included all the things that we wanted and within our budget. We hope to do this again in the future and would certainly use Bean Designed again.
