We have an experienced multi-disciplined team, ready to serve our clients’ needs. Our dedicated team comprises experienced builders and qualified tradesmen, all of whom are overseen by our Project manager – a RICS Chartered Surveyor with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic style. We work with some of the most demanding interior designers in London as well as discerning and loyal clients, who have come to appreciate meticulous quality from our team. All of our projects are undertaken with the greatest of care and skill, utilising key project management skills such as staged procurement, a rigid critical path programme and accurate cost control. Over the years we’ve developed a clear and concise reporting style, which we’ve been complimented on by both our residential and commercial clients for its simplicity and accuracy. We work with professional interior designers, retail and restaurant businesses, families and individuals who are simply looking to improve their home and every time we bring the same impeccable levels of service that our clients have come to expect.

We have worked with the team at Alexander Build on a Super Prime property located in St Georges Hill. We provided Smart Home Tech and a bespoke home cinema. The Client has been very happy with the work carried out by both Alexander Build and Prestige and the family is still working with both of us. During our 35 years in the AV business, we occasionally work with a partner that is professional, creative and organised, Alexander build is one of these builders and we are more than happy to give a recommendation
