I had a dark green microcement floor put down by Caementa. Soon after the work was completed problems started to appear. Random dark marks started to appear in various parts of the microcement floors in different rooms. The marks varied in size and looked like grease or water marks. They haven’t gone away. After many phone calls Alex finally agreed to to look at the problem. In retrospect I think he only came out of interest and had no intention of solving the problem. Alex offered no explanation as to why the dark marks were appearing. Alex has been evasive and unhelpful in this matter. I feel that he and his colleague rushed the job (certainly in the front room) and something in the process went wrong. They also left messy microcement smears on the skirting boards and on door handles after installing the floor. This floor is not cheap and I expected a higher standard of workmanship, not a rushed job where mistakes are likely to happen, as in this case, and hence why I have had to write this review. What a disapointment.

Alex and his team have done an exceptional job for us - the whole first floor has been transformed. Alex is a very personable man whose company is efficient and precise. They attended on the day specified (dependant on the weather as it was an exterior job), and efficiently went about their work. We were having steps covered with marble cement which were expertly laid in two days. The finished result is in the colour selected & smooth & weatherproof, as well as non-slip. We would be happy to reccomend Alex's company for their efficiency & workmanship.

The team from Caementa laid a Micro Cement floor for me internally and externally. They did an extremely good job - getting a great finish and just as requested. They were tidy, organised and effective. The underlying screed was not perfect, and the contracting builder was somewhat disorganised and scheduled the finished layer before some steels were sunk into the floor, requiring patching of the finished floor. Alex did a great job to disguise the patch as much as possible and make up for the builder's errors. Quality job and effective team.
