AJ is an amazingly caring..and driven person, the likes you seldom see in our industry. He cares about every detail from house plan development, to the Certificate of Occupancy. His communication skills are second to none! I can't speak more highly of him as a builder as I've known him for some time. I know it may sound patronizing to 'review' him so highly, as uses our company to do high end custom stairs and railings in his homes. A J Hoover with Beau Monde Builders made my dream addition come to life. It has been such a pleasure to work with this company. Through the entire process, AJ's answer was always, "you tell me what you want and we will make it happen" and he did. He does high quality work, using the best subs and even if you don't see him he stops by regularly to make sure things are being done to his standards and the site has been cleaned. At one point, he strapped on a tool belt to get the something completed over the weekend so it would be ready for the next step scheduled on Monday morning. Beau Monde Builders is the BEST! 4 years ago we decided to remodel a condo that we had just bought in Cocoa Beach. We got a referral from our realtor to use Beau Monde. We couldn't have been happier with that decision! AJ met with us, listened to all of our requests, and got to work. AJ chooses only the best subcontractors. We had multiple change requests along the way and it was a breeze! Not only that but usually change requests delay your project. Not with AJ! He makes sure that all of the work is done to the best quality standards and done on time. The tile work in the condo was nothing short of AMAZING and we had a lot of it! Fast forward 4 years and we are now building a custom home in Cocoa Beach with AJ. I didn't even look at another builder because I knew AJ was the right person for the job. He is a true professional! We took the house down to the concrete block walls, reframed, required all electrical, new HVAC and new plumbing lines. We After interviewing several contractors, we choose AJ Hoover and Beau Monde Builders. The decision was made based on the pride in his work.
