Carpet was great, took a long time - 4 months - to get order. Not sure why my order was delayed - never got a good explanation. But end results were good.

I contracted About Floors N More to put in rugs and new tile for my recently purchased condo. They worked well with management to ensure that the sound-dampening floor was to code with the buildings requirements, were able to secure their own use of the service elevator, never had a problem abiding to the construction rules. Overall - condo installation of tile and rug was a breeze. My tile was delayed by the manufacturer, and Rick kept me up to date on estimated delivery times and new project complete dates daily. Their team was professional and respectful. They left the condo very clean and replaced all damaged tiles in a timely manner. The quality of their Mohawk product rugswas fantastic! The Daltile porcelain has been fantastic! Long story short, I was so impressed by their installation that I contracted them again to do my balcony in decorative tile - which also came out beautifully. Since then, I've recommended them to other people in our condo building. Would do it again!

Fantastic team of professionals from start to finish! We stopped in the shop looking for a healthy floor alternative for our child (chemical/breathing sensitive). Valarie was very knowledgeable about their products, and stepped us through the selection to help us determine our best options. The installation team was professional and courteous. The installers finished ahead of schedule, and the end product is beyond words! It looks exquisite and provides my child with healthy surfaces to play on. I have recently had my laminate flooring installed by About Floors and More. I am very happy with the installation and product. I love the selection and no pressure sales and the guarantee of their product. With having two young boys and a dog there were alot of concerns with wear of the product. About Floors ‘n More recently completed the rather large task of removing tile in my foyer and kitchen/dining areas as well as carpet in my living room and two hallways. They then installed new tile in the kitchen/dining area in a beautiful “modified hopscotch” pattern and added a backsplash above my counters. In addition, laminate flooring was installed in the foyer, living room and hallways. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!! Not having a lot of experience coordinating flooring or backsplash projects, I found the array of available product selections and professional guidance and recommendations extremely helpful. They were very patient with the time I took to decide on the final look and any tweaking I wanted along the way. They were also very diligent in keeping me apprised of special pricing promotions. Considering the fact they have different teams of workers for each task (e.g. tile removal, tile installation, laminate installation, etc.), the scheduling worked out smoothly from beginning to end and the field supervisor stayed engaged throughout to ensure a professional product. What started as a project one might dread (when it comes to the inconvenience of having your house torn up), ended as a job well done with a load of gratitude for the care and expertise demonstrated by this company.

Rick at About Floors n' More worked with me to renovate and redesign my outdated fireplace. He listened to my wishes and ideas and worked with me to come up with a design that would become the focal point in my family room. He brought in Dario who is a master of tile design and placement and the result is a 'showstopper'. The fireplace is now the centerpiece of the room and everyone who sees it is stunned by how gorgeous it is.
