Advantage Developer & Constructor © is a full service in house architecture, interior design and construction company specializing in custom homes, house additions, renovations, interior/exterior remodeling throught Romania. Our services span from site design, building design, cost estimating, permitting and constructing the finished product. No project is to small for our services. As far as I'm concerned, experience with AD&C, was an excellent one. The project has been a house of 130 sqm ( not a big one ) and the strong point of execution, was joining usable space, with the design. Reliability, professionalism are just a few points that characterize the company AD&C. I highly recommended!!

Alex Stamate, manager of ADC SRL. has almost finished building a house for my family in the countryside, nearby a small river, and the results are beyond my best expectations, for me a dream home. The proximity of water in the underground, imposed the need for special materials and new constructive solutions even from the beginning. At every stage of the project, he searched for the best solutions and made me see the light, accepting all of them, most of the time the price/quality ratio being in my favor. He paid attention to the smallest details, quality of materials and finishing touch. He is building for keeps, and I recommend him as a builder for your new project, he will adopt it as his own, this leading to the best results

Having worked closely with the company for the past two years, I can confidently recommend it as a highly professional and skilled collaborator. Their level of professionalism was exemplary, as was their flexibility and open-minded approach in responding to my suggestions and requests. They showed creativity and attention to detail with particular attention to the quality of the work and the materials. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with this company was amazing.Serious, meticulous,cost effective and exceptional quality of work.The attention to details is unique,no compromise on quality, even if this would diminish their profit. Alex at Advantage Developer & Constructor was very professional and great with communicating. His renovations were beautiful and very detailed. We received multiple compliments on the fine landscaping which greatly enhanced the backyard. His expertise was showcased in his complete remodel of the home including his choice in marble, kitchen layout and bathroom upgrades. The end result was a beautiful home that was a pleasure to show.

Interior design, space restructuring, construction works, finishes of a 100 sq.m. apartment in a mountain holidays resort. The floors, walls and ceiling were completely replaced and re-decorated.
