Founded in Yorktown Heights in 1986, Absolute Flooring has grown along with our community and continues to provide expertise in both residential and commercial flooring. With many of our employees having decades of experience in the industry, you can be assured that you will find a more-than-competent sales associate to work with you on your project, be it a single room in an existing residence, outfitting new construction or a larger, commercial location. Absolute flooring staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The staff in the showroom was very accommodating when it came to helping me pick out my carpet. They gave lots of suggestions, and let me take the samples home to see how they would work in my space - and never any pressure to place an order. The installation staff was just as great. They were courteous, their work was neat and all was cleaned up after. I would definitely recommend them- as I am a repeat customer! And they are a local company - not a big box store.

We had a new floor installed prior to moving in to our new home. The work was started and completed on time. The old carpeting was removed and disposed of and when completed the house was left in order that we could move in. The office and sales staff were extremely helpful and know their products. We are delighted with our new floor. I was certainly recommend Absolute Flooring to others.

From my initial phone call, to in-store shopping, to a follow up call, I enjoyed personalized, helpful , professional service from the office staff. The men who did the prep and installing were pleasant, efficient, and most importantly, did an excellent job with no damage and minimal mess. It’s a pleasure to deal with a local community store - and at a fair price. We need more businesses like Absolute Flooring!

If you are looking for new flooring, then look no further then Absolute Flooring of Yorktown. They are simply the best choice around. Their prices could not be beat (I checked three other stores) and most importantly their staff are beyond helpful & so very pleasant to work with. I am looking forward to working with them again on my next project.

We needed our flooring quickly, and Christine at Absolute Flooring pulled out all the stops to get us what we wanted - in our price range. She even had to find a new supplier after our decision was made, but the floor not available! We have used Absolute in the past and would highly recommend them.

We were thrilled with Absolute Flooring. Dealing with Diane and Mary was a pleasure -- they explained everything in detail and stayed in touch until our projects were done. The workers were quick, efficient, and most importantly did a great job with our floors and bathroom work. My fiancé and I had just bought a house, so of course we had some surprises along the way, but Dawn and Mary worked with us and made sure everything was taken care of. We would definitely recommend Absolute Flooring to anyone looking to improve their home. Excellent work!

First off, the selection of carpets and tiles here are terrific, and the sales staff bent over backwards to help us to find just the right carpet at the right price. The carpet installation team worked fast and professionally and were even very careful helping us get our furniture placed back in exactly the right spots. I highly recommend Absolute Flooring!

Absolute Flooring of Yorktown was easily the best choice for us for our flooring needs. They installed our wood floors throughout most of the house a few years ago and the installation was neat, professional, and flawless when all was said and done. More recently, we bought tile for our floor and backsplash for an upcoming project and they were so helpful every step of the way in our decision process up to notifying us of delivery and scheduling pick-up. Christine was who we dealt with most, but all of the staff and owners are a pleasure to deal with. I can't emphasize enough how knowledgable and experienced they are here. I would highly recommend this family-owned store to anyone with any upcoming flooring/backsplash/tile needs.

The sales staff was so knowledgeable about their products, that they made this a pleasant experience. They also worked with us to stay within our budget. Deadlines were met on time. The team that came to do the installation were most efficient. I would definitely recommend Absolute Flooring.

Ansolute flooring was a pleasure to use for my new floors. They were responsible and efficient. I would highly reccomend them. I have only had positive experiences using them over many years.
