After many setbacks from large display home builders, we have come to realize how truly fortunate we are to have our first house built by Abor Developments. With the help of an accomplished architect Matthew Clements, Abor Developments has surpassed our goals and expectations in creating a modern contemporary house that is tailored to our lifestyle and dream. Ted is an amazing builder, who is very passionate about building and is seriously devoted to his work. He, not only exhibits trust and ethics, but takes time to educate and explain in detail how things work in the building industry. Despite our constant bombardment of emails, Ted had always answered all our questions promptly and had never failed to give us his honest opinion. He is backed by an outstanding team of tradesmen who strive to produce only the best quality of work. We also had the pleasure of working with his talented wife Emi who did an amazing job with our kitchen, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and fireplace design. She is very professional and has an exceptional flair for colour coordination and material selection. She understood our vision for the house and made every effort to ensure we were happy with our selections-still happy! From pre-construction meetings through to construction execution, building with Abor Developments has been an enjoyable experience for us. We attribute that to their excellent communication, transparency and team attitude. These elements, along with the attention to details and the fundamental desire to achieve the highest quality and details, have us looking forward to our next project together-if and when the opportunity arises. Abor did a total renovation of the house I bought in Mount Ommaney. My wife and I love the result tremendously. Top quality matierial was used and careful thinking was given to the design of every little detail. Besides the beautiful renovation work, Abor also helped furnish my house from furniture to electric appliances and I am super happy with the result.
