Working with Kay on our house project was a pleasure and we can't imagine doing it without 3D imaging and her expertise. She spent hours with us online making innumerable changes and always got back to us immediately to answer questions. This is the best money we spent on the house and an absolute bargain.

3DPlanView blows everyone else out of the water! We are building our dream home in the north Dallas, TX area. A draftsman drew our plans but we could not "see" what our home would really look like in real life by just looking at all the black lines on his drawing. If we're going to spend the time and money to build, then we wanted to be absolutely sure everything was how we envisioned. We chose 3DPlanView for two reasons. It was important for us to keep our money local, and we wanted the comfort in knowing who we were dealing with was close to us. In the end, after our experience with 3DPlanView, we know now that even if we lived in Alaska, 3DPlanView would seem like they were right next door. That's how great the level of communication was. Kay has the uncanny ability to "see the vision". She was patient, listened and was attentive to what we envisioned for our dream home. She worked tirelessly until everything was perfect, being very generous with opinions and advice which enabled us to "see" things we hadn't thought about. That was absolutely invaluable! She found errors that the draftsman made with our original plans and corrected them which would have been a nightmare for the builder (and us). It is incredible to see your dream home "come alive" on screen and Kay made that happen. We could see every detail of our home inside and out, literally being able to move through the house and see every angle, complete with furnishings, wall/ceiling colors, flooring, counters, backsplash, fireplace, outdoor area... the whole nine yards. 3DPlanView's software is amazing! We highly recommend 3DPlanView for anyone who wants to "see" their house plans. Many headaches will be eliminated during your building process like realizing... "oops, that's not really what I wanted it to look like". It's either too late then, or it costs a fortune to fix. 3DPlanView will save that from happening! A huge thanks to Kay and 3DPlanView for making our dream home come alive! You're the best!

Our new home would have been a complete disaster without all of Kay's hard work. Best money ever spent! She is nothing short of a miracle worker! With her help pulling this project together by showing us so many great ideas, fixes and alternatives we will be able to hand off our plans to the subs and they'll know exactly what everything is supposed to look like! I was very discouraged with all the building obstacles we encountered prior to bringing 3DPlanView on board. I was honestly ready to throw in the towel! She found a resolution for every obstacle! She gave us such great illustrations, we already know what to expect when it's complete. Kay worked tirelessly on our project until it was complete and she's been a pleasure to work with - her rates are fantastic! I can't recommend 3DPlanView enough! Do yourself a big favor... Don't hesitate to spend this small amount of money making sure your substantial home investment turns out as planned. I can't even imagine what amount of money all our needed fixes and changes would have cost in the build stage! I know we are thousands ahead not to mention the wasted time it would have taken to resubmit plans to P&Z for changes! We are truly looking forward to getting started on building our new home. My husband and I have used 3D PlanView for 2 building projects. We have been very satisfied with the services and the results have exceeded our expectations. The value of being able to visualize a project before purchasing material is priceless. We had some ideas in our head and when we saw it on paper, we realized they were not right for the project. Visualizing with 3D PlanView was critical to our recent project where we had to tie into an existing structure. Kay we could not have done it with you! Kay is knowledgeable, experienced, and easy to work with.

My wife and I thought we had our 2D plans nearly perfect - we thought we sweated the small details and oh how we were wrong! Kay from 3DPlanView was able to bring the 3D house to life and point out areas that we missed that would create possible issues! Had we skipped the 3D process, we would have had to endure numerous change orders with our builder. The cost of using 3DPlanView is a fraction of the price we would have had to face if we merely relied on our "nearly perfect" 2D plans! We are taking the edits we got from the 3D process to make final adjustments to the 2D plans, so that for the builder bidding/selection process the builders have both the plans and the 3D renderings to have a crystal-clear understanding of what we want in our custom house. From the very first emails, we had absolutely fantastic customer service and open communication where we were kept abreast of the project as rooms were being rendered. We have been thoroughly happy with 3DPlanView and have already provided others with recommendations to use this company for their own needs. Examples of this time and money-saving work includes: - We were able to provide specific makes & models for doors, windows, appliances, fireplaces, and other items so the rendering would be as realistic as possible. - Using what we wanted to have in the house identified things such as doors that would hit each other, washing machines that would protrude to far into the mud room, and even how to maximize the ceiling height in the living room. - Through the rendering process, we identified the need to add skylights, change types of doors we wanted to use, change the direction of doors, and many other beneficial things.

ABSOLUTELY the best $1,500 I ever spent!!! Never having a totally custom home built and not even a floor plan that was close to what we wanted to look at we were very nervous about how the home would look. I agonized for weeks about spending the extra money then I found Kay, I can only imagine the mess we would have had without her. She gave me so many tips and ideas about windows, drawers, cabinets as well as finding several major glitches that the architect and builder both missed. I look back at the renderings and am just blown away by how spot on she was. Kay was extremely easy to work with, completed the project ahead of schedule and charged less than I expected.

We recently decided that we needed to see our house plans in 3D in order to make a few final decisions before we started construction. The architect that did our plans did not have that capability so we went in search of someone that could do this. We happened upon 3dplanview Llc by chance on the Internet and from the first conversation I had with Kay I just knew this was going to be a great experience. She had such a wealth of knowledge and really helped us to make some decisions that were causing us some real headaches. She was always quick to get back with any alterations and provided some ideas of her own from her experience that we would have never thought of. It was such a pleasure working with Kay at 3DPlanview and I would recommend her a thousand times over.

When I hired Kay for this project I had no idea what to expect. I had an idea that wouldn't it be great if I could actually see what my house would look like when it was built. But I didn't think I would see the detailed renditions that Kay provided. Kay is the consummate professional. When Kay began my project she didn't stop. I received emails morning, noon, and night with changes, questions, suggestions, and proposals. The finished work was beyond my expectations. I could not only see what the outside and inside Of my house was going to look like, but as I told Kay the house could be built in my absence as everything is expressed in fine detail on the renditions. Speaking of Kay, I really felt that I knew her personally as a friend by the time my project was finished. I enjoyed the experience from the first day to the last, and I actually miss my daily communications with her. I was extremely lucky to find and work with 3DPlanView.
