John, Luis, Anthony, Martin and Carlos are the best! They were very, very nice and helpful. They were very understanding and took extra precautions because of an active bird nest in our patio eaves.... and even came back to paint after the baby birds left the nest. They were very conscientious about their work and took pride in it. What a GREAT team!!! Loved the work!!!

We were lucky enough to have Ricardo and Ramon for most of our project and we couldn't be happier. The outside of our house looks unbelievable and my neighbors asked if we got a new garage door. The CertaPro team was punctual and most professional. John and his team were very safety conscious and the quality of the work performed was excellent. The job consisted of painting, replacing damaged fascia and stucco repair. The job was completed as promised. I would definitely hire again should the need arise.

Working with John and his team was a real pleasure. I knew I could rely on them to do a good job and do it right. I am a perfectionist with home projects and have high expectations and John and his team went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. We hired Certa Pro Painters to paint our home before we moved into it and then come back to repair the walls in our bathroom remodel, retexture and paint. The positive experience started from when we were trying to get quotes for our project. We didn’t have the keys to the house yet but were on a time crunch to finish our home renovation projects and move in once we got the keys. John was the only person I spoke to who agreed to give me a price estimate based on photos and my description of the home and then came by to solidify the cost involved during our final walk through during escrow. He was very willing to make time for us and work with our budget. He was very friendly and one of the most professional guys I’ve worked with in the industry. All his employees were extremely professional and kind and were always willing to do what it took to make sure we were satisfied. I think anyone who has done home projects knows that things are not always going to run smoothly and go perfectly. However, John and his team were always there to listen and respond to anything that may have been missed or not done according to our needs, etc. I’d like to add that there were no major issues, just minor detail type of requests. They knew we were on a time crunch, so John ensured that he had the appropriate number of guys in our house to finish the project on time. All in all, if John tells you he will get something done and gives you a time frame, rest assured, it will get done and done to your expectations. He is extremely professional and that’s what makes working with him so easy! You don’t have to watch over his employees. This is a company that will come in, do you the job the way they promised they would and leave without any trace that they were there ….well, except for the fact that your home will look a lot more beautiful when they’re done!
