Consider the bath and shower in the same room as a space saver - wet room
Additional light, great view of the outdoor area.
Splash back window, opening bench to outside, lights above the bench. Don't like the cabinetry.
Colour scheme. This is the 2nd photo I've found that I like the wooden ceiling. Like the heavy black fan, black speaker, down lights over kitchen.
Not sure if the space will allow it, but I like the light and space around the stair case with the windows and drop lighting.
I light the natural colour scheme, texture and brining the outdoors in.
Not sure what appeals to me here, maybe the semi-separate gazebo or the texture from the large pillars...allow not sure they are the most practical.
Instead of a traditional man shed, could we consider a pool pavilion? I like the additional texture here, the bricks, light, outdoor feel
Love that this is such an open space!
Side chopping board. Not a fan of the rest of the kitchen.
This is of a mud room that comes in from the garage. It allowed for bags, shows, coats etc.
This was also from a new display home showing that the smaller size of the room could create atmosphere.
Like the office being tucked away but still being in the family zone. The window, although not quite 'right' in this wall allows for space.
New display home, liked the lounge/movie room coming off the family room.
The floor plan in this home was good with the kitchen central between the dining and family. The office came off the dining, and the lounge cam off the family. I am concerned that the office coming off the dining room may not be practical.
The garage and butlers pantry came off this hall. The fridge is accessible by all without having to enter into the kitchen.
Love the wooden shelves in the butlers kitchen. Wonder whether or not that would be easy to maintain.
Colour scheme in the butlers kitchen and the design.
What's not to love! Big space eater though.
Consideration for the pool room / man cave. Plenty of texture and colour. Looks classy
Shed organisation / under the stairs storage.
Pool room / man cave. Like the fire for winder nights, under cover. Open the doors during summer and when using the pool/outdoors area.
Walk through library area maybe upstairs. This area is lovely and light.
Cheeky idea for boys zone between their rooms. Can open the rooms into a large space, or close it for privacy. Also accounts for the 'secret passage' they want. Might be good for space as they get older.
Love the idea of a feature.
Pretty much love all of this, the backing window, that it roles into the outdoor kitchen, colour, feel.
This is just super cool. I like the privacy and the colour. Do not like the panelling.
Shoe rack, double rack on men's side.
Slide out draws, glass topped box for jewellery.
This is really well designed with plenty of shelving.
Ironing board in robe.
Refreshing view for a study.
This is creating interest.
I like the shape and the stone vibe. Not so happy with the price.
I like the tap for something a bit different. May not be easy to clean.
Shower with bath. Don't like colours
Double shower in with bath. Looks very cold and bland.
Extension to room, WIR off that, then wet area separate? Don't like the cabinetry.
Up the stairs living ads some personality and separates the lounge.
Outdoors in & structure. The roof is pretty interesting but maybe a bit over the top long term.
Outdoor bathroom in feature element not such a bad idea for outside entertaining and the pool.
Kitchen opening up.
Light and space, too much wood.
Could you build a structure like this to come over the top of the easement from the pool room/man cave? It could be used to provide additional outdoor shaded area and entertaining zone.
