Mendlow Lapidos
Like many things about this kitchen. The unpainted woodwork is gorgeous--love the appearance of the wood and the style of the work. Like the white cabinets, with simple black hardware and just enough trim/finish to be visually interesting. (Perhaps no trim at all? I can't tell whether the band around the perimeter is trim or just the cabinet frame itself.) Like the black fixtures. Don't care for the marble backsplash.
Like the general aesthetic of this kitchen. Lots of white, but not too much--offset by a natural wood top on the island (which we probably don't want, because it would compete with the dining room table) o like) set against white tiles. Kitchen feels open and bright and the different materials/colors create some visual interest/variety without demanding too much attention.
Like elements of the composition--the white cabinetry and white backsplash punctuated by a black (or dark grey?) countertop, juxtaposed against an island with a white countertop over wood-colored cabinetry. If the black countertop were white, the perimeter of the kitchen would be too white. If the island were black, it would be too emphatic. This kitchen strikes a nice balance.
Like the style of the large pantry, white counter, cabinets, and mix of wood and white
Like: white color, cabinet style, mix of white and wood, simple sink
Like having a little bit of blue color, particularly like this shade of blue. Like the mix of white, wood, and blue; white counter tops. Really dislike the weird faucet and sink.
Like black counter with white cabinets, red metal stools for island, simple sink. Would prefer a counter that's not grainy, more of a solid color.
Like the overall feel and style of this kitchen (incl. the unobtrusive range hood) but would want dial back the whiteness somehow.
