I do NOT like gimmicky things like this.
I like the colors and the mirrors and the lamps. These are not directional overhead reading lamps. But the look is beautiful.
Sharp makes a $5000 ultra hi def 8 foot diagonal (or larger) projection TV. It does not need a screen. It is about as big as a Bose nightstand alarm clock radio single Vd player (ie, not the tall Bose one). You sit in on top of a credenza like this and it shows your TV on the wall (or a screen if you have one that comes out of the ceiling eg). Not sure we would ever get one. But this photo reminded me to tell you.
I love the look and feel of this. But it’s brown.
I like the rug.
I really don’t want our place to look like everyone else’s.
Counter height stools for terraces need arms and the arms need to be properly located so they catch one’s elbows when one is holding a drink. Not easy to find.
The opposite of what I like. Zero depth here.
Nothing here
This photo was a reminder to tell you that I love several apartments in the Palmolive Building in Chicago. Search Palmolive building Chicago interior and you’ll see the Images.
Probably too dark for the powder room for Kathy but I like it.
I just like the feel of this. Not sure about those pendant lamps….
I like the look and feel of this. The polished wood floor. The rug. The darker piece anchoring it. The art. The light. The glowing ceiling. Space is the ultimate luxury.
This room feels very inviting and comfortable and elegant to me.
I don’t like runners in bedrooms. If we are going to have a rug on a wood floor then let’s make sure the rug is full size and the right size.
Nothing here.
Feels sophisticated to me. I don’t love the chartreuse.
This photo was only to remind me to remind you we have to nail the blinds throughout.
I like this room. The bath itself is deep (good) but too short (bad).
This photo was to remind me to tell you that we want our guests to say “That was the best and most luxurious night of sleep I have ever had.”
Perhaps we could go brown and dark in the den ….
Would love a look and feel like this on our screened terrace. Light would need to be marine grade. Glass may get dirty but at least you can see it’s dirty and clean it. We can probably only be 38” wide on a table. And we like the idea of being able to use that table to seat 2, 4, 6, 8 AND — here’s the hard part — have four people play cards or Mahjong or a table game around it.
This is just about perfect! KK
