Crane Island Laundry Rooms
This is the closed laundry.
Could consider putting laundry in with the 1st floor gym for a future purchaser.
Not sure I’d pick this exact color but we like the idea of something a little fun in the laundry room. We basically just need a place to fold clothes and we like to keep it all out of sight, but we’d want to make a laundry room that would appeal to others for resale. I like the concept of the stacked machines, but I have serious questions about whether we’d need a step stool to get to the back of the top one.
Kind of like the color scheme. Those sink cabinet doors are crooked, which is bugging me. I’d like to fix those for them.
Really like the feel of this. Love the floors. I’d want a bigger countertop area to fold. Like the idea of a countertop over the washer and dryer but would want to make sure you could get to the units for service and that you had some flexibility for when you have to replace them in 10-15 years in terms of finding something that will fit.
Like the simple shaker cabinets. Like the warmer white.
Like the two tone cabinets. Kind of cool to be able to hide the units.
Like the floor. Like the shiplap. Like the cabinet color.
Would consider something fun/colorful in a laundry room or guest bath. This may be a bit too much, but we liked it.
Depending on where you had the 1st floor laundry, we like the idea of hiding them but would want to make sure we left plenty of room on the sides and above, etc., so you were stuck trying to find a replacement W/D exactly that size. Would like to be able to fold laundry on top of W/D — not sure what happens in the top of these, but assuming could have a flat surface above to fold with some storage for detergent, etc., higher up. This would be for if 1st floor W/D were in the pantry, for example. Also want a 2d floor W/D.
Or could hide in a closet structure in the gym.
