I created this mural on canvas for installation in a powder room. The mural features a bright blue sky the client liked, along with silver leaf butterflies on the walls around the room and flying up onto the mural. A powder room is the perfect place to create a sky mural. This client actually saw my Gray Sky Mural (also featured on Houzz) and asked me to create something like that to fit her tastes. She already had the brightly colored framed photograph from her mountain adventures and liked monarch butterflies. So, we added a few painted monarch butterflies with gold leaf accents to the silver leaf butterfly silhouettes. It's a fun way to decorate the room with subtle metallic effects. We chose the silver leaf to coordinate with the existing fixtures and color scheme. I painted the mural on canvas so it could be easily installed and removed when the client vacates this retirement community.

A small dated powder room gets re-invented! Our client was looking to update her powder room/laundry room, we designed and installed wood paneling to match the style of the house. Our client selected this fabulous wallpaper and choose a vibrant green for the wall paneling and all the trims, the white ceramic sink and toilet look fresh and clean. A long and narrow medicine cabinet with 2 white globe sconces completes the look, on the opposite side of the room the washer and drier are tucked in under a wood counter also painted green.

What struck us strange about this property was that it was a beautiful period piece but with the darkest and smallest kitchen considering it's size and potential. We had a quite a few constrictions on the extension but in the end we managed to provide a large bright kitchen/dinning area with direct access to a beautiful garden and keeping the 'new ' in harmony with the existing building. This powder room underwent an amazing transformation. From mixed matched colors to a beautiful black and gold space, this bathroom is to die for. Inside is brand new floor tiles and wall paint along with an all new shower and floating vanity. The walls are covered in a snake skin like wall paper with black wainscoting to accent. A half way was added to conceal the toilet and create more privacy. Gold fixtures and a lovely gold chandelier light up the space perfectly.

A small but fully equipped bathroom with a warm, bluish green on the walls and ceiling. Geometric tile patterns are balanced out with plants and pale wood to keep a natural feel in the space.
