This laundry sink has a custom wood work surface where the sink can become a flush folding zone, by the simple lift of the center board. The hole serves as both a way to lift the board and as a drain in case the water mistakenly gets turned on. The wall mounted spout on the faucet also swivels out of the way when the area serves as a work space.

These Auckland homeowners wanted an industrial style look for their interior home design. So when it came to building the staircase, handrail and balustrades, we knew the exposed steel in a matte black was going to be the right look for them. ​ Due to the double stringers and concrete treads, this style of staircase is extremely solid and has zero movement, massively reducing noise. Our biggest challenge on this project was that the double stringer staircase was designed with concrete treads that needed to be colour matched to the pre-existing floor.

Notre client, primo-accédant, a fait l'acquisition d'un studio de 25m2. Nous avons tout supprimé afin de créer cette verrière noire en double vitrage sur mesure. Les montants en acier thermolaqués font échos aux plafonniers et au ventilateur.⁠ ⁠ Dans la chambre, plusieurs menuiseries ont été créées par nos experts. Que ce soit la tête de lit avec ses rangements et son éclairage intégré, ou encore le dressing-buanderie qui renferme la machine à laver et le linge de notre client. ⁠ ⁠ Dans la pièce de vie, nos équipes ont conçu un magnifique bureau sur mesure par nos équipes à l'aide de caissons @ikeafrance .⁠ ⁠ Toutes nos menuiseries ont été habillées par la peinture Down Pipe de @farrowandball. Un gris plomb fabuleux contenant des tons sous-jacents de bleu. Idéal pour donner de la profondeur et de la complexité à l'espace.⁠

During the planning phase we undertook a fairly major Value Engineering of the design to ensure that the project would be completed within the clients budget. The client identified a ‘Fords Garage’ style that they wanted to incorporate. They wanted an open, industrial feel, however, we wanted to ensure that the property felt more like a welcoming, home environment; not a commercial space. A Fords Garage typically has exposed beams, ductwork, lighting, conduits, etc. But this extent of an Industrial style is not ‘homely’. So we incorporated tongue and groove ceilings with beams, concrete colored tiled floors, and industrial style lighting fixtures. During construction the client designed the courtyard, which involved a large permit revision and we went through the full planning process to add that scope of work. The finished project is a gorgeous blend of industrial and contemporary home style.

Custom Quonset Huts become artist live/work spaces, aesthetically and functionally bridging a border between industrial and residential zoning in a historic neighborhood. The open space on the main floor is designed to be flexible for artists to pursue their creative path. Upstairs, a living space helps to make creative pursuits in an expensive city more attainable. The two-story buildings were custom-engineered to achieve the height required for the second floor. End walls utilized a combination of traditional stick framing with autoclaved aerated concrete with a stucco finish. Steel doors were custom-built in-house.

Небольшая двухкомнатная квартира в панельном доме. Скромный метраж (56м2) получилось оригинально обыграть, используя элементы стиля лофт и кантри и организовать достаточно мест для хранения. Семья заказчиков с маленькой дочкой комфортно разместилась в сложившемся пространстве. И хотя интерьер создавался не на всю жизнь, материалы отделки выбирались качественные и натуральные. Это позволило добавить основательности и придать европейский вид этой квартире. Яркие акценты в текстиле и деталях создают радостную атмосферу и передают характер владельцев. фото Ольга Шангина

Автор проекта: Антон Базалийский. На фото вид на столовую группу и кухню. Одним из пожеланий заказчиков было "оживить" интерьер растениями. Так появилась фитостена и вытяжка с подставкой для комнатный растений.
