could put cubbies on the blank wall in conservatory, ask me why. No exterior construction required, warmer sleeping away from windows and less $$$ to do it. Will cover unwanted bedroom windows of master bedroom. Where this wall ends and bathroom begins we could put the door and a bump out for a reading nook . Or reading nook at the opposite end near the family room area.
