Seattle Remodel- Hawthorne Hills

This Seattle remodel took place in the Hawthorne Hills neighborhood (west of View Ridge, east of University District.) The fresh contemporary design elegantly updates the 50's rambler style that is prevalent in this area. The project achieved 2 star Built Green status with many sustainable building practices incorporated in its design and construction. An all new guest suite, laundry room, master suite, and open floor plan kitchen/living/dining room surrounding a beautiful, airy fir staircase with steel rail comprise this complete home makeover.
