Certainly worth the cost.

This Master Bathroom features high contrasts in color and shapes. Modern black fixtures standout in a backdrop over-sized subway tiles. A custom vanity rests on heated porcelain floors in a faux wood pattern. Carrera marble in a chevron pattern is the star of the shower in the niche and the floor is tiled in a hex pattern. Updating the floor plan allowed for a larger shower and increased storage. The barn door is a fresh update for the closet entrance.

This bathroom in our client's lovely three bedroom one bath home in the North Park Neighborhood needed some serious help. The existing layout and size created a cramped space seriously lacking storage and counter space. The goal of the remodel was to expand the bathroom to add a larger vanity, bigger bath tub long and deep enough for soaking, smart storage solutions, and a bright updated look. To do this we pushed the southern wall 18 inches, flipped flopped the vanity to the opposite wall, and rotated the toilet. A new 72 inch three-wall alcove tub with subway tile and a playfull blue penny tile make create the spacous and bright bath/shower enclosure. The custom made-to-order shower curtain is a fun alternative to a custom glass door. A small built-in tower of storage cubbies tucks in behind wall holding the shower plumbing. The vanity area inlcudes an Ikea cabinet, counter, and faucet with simple mirror medicine cabinet and chrome wall sconces. The wall color is Reflection by Sherwin-Williams.

The clients originally wanted a home spa styled bathroom but halfway through the project, they decided they also wanted their kitchen remodel as well. Taking on the challenge, our builders took on the second project and work tirelessly to get both projects finished by the deadline. this Rancho Bernardo master suite remodel we recently finished! This incredible master suite features Brantford faucets with "Bianco" Piedrafina countertop and backsplash. The existing cabinets were refinished in a marshmallow cream color to go with the light blue walls. The highlight feature is the Hydrosystems Lifestyle white walk-in tub! We can design functional bathrooms to meet our clients needs! In addition to the master suite remodel, we also remodeled our clients additional bathroom! The second bathroom also features the Brantford faucets with "Bianco" Piedrafina countertop and backsplash. Also, the existing cabinets were refinished in the marshmallow cream color. The shower features a Swan Veritek white shower pan with a clear glass bypass. Morever, the shower has a tile niche with a glass shelf and a reinforced wall for a Elite grab bar.
