The original bathroom consisted of an oversized, built-in jetted bath that consumed more real estate than needed by today’s standards. The tiny shower was in a separate room next to private the water closet. The clients wanted to keep the private water closet but craved more counter space. The only natural light in the room was a large picture window above the tub. We decided to forgo the tub in Lieu of a larger shower. We utilized the extra space in one of the closets. The window was frosted to allow the natural night to enter the room without compromising privacy. The removal of the wall allowed an 8-foot expanse for double sinks divided by a linen tower. Cabinets are painted in charcoal and provide a natural contrast to the white quartz counters. The client’s aversion to multiple finishes was soothed by providing matte black fixtures, and lighting.

Each of the guest bathrooms has a built in space for stored towels and toiletries. This is the boys bunk room with bright blue penny tile playfully striping the shower walls.

This farmhouse master bath features industrial touches with the black metal light fixtures, hardware, custom shelf, and more. The cabinet door of this custom vanity are reminiscent of a barndoor. The cabinet is topped with a Quartz by Corian in Ashen Gray with integral Corian sinks The shower floor and backsplash boast a penny round tile in a gray and white pattern. Glass doors with black tracks and hardware finish the shower. The bathroom floors are finished with a Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) by Mannington.

The goal of this master bath transformation was to stay within existing footprint and improve the look, storage and functionality of the master bath. Right Wall: Along the right wall, designers gain footage and enlarge both the shower and water closet by replacing the existing tub and outdated surround with a freestanding Roman soaking tub. They use glass shower walls so natural light can illuminate the formerly dark, enclosed corner shower. From the footage gained from the tub area, designers add a toiletry closet in the water closet. They integrate the room's trim and window's valance to conceal a dropdown privacy shade over the leaded glass window behind the tub. Left Wall: A sink area originally located along the back wall is reconfigured into a symmetrical double-sink vanity along the left wall. Both sink mirrors are flanked by shelves of storage hidden behind tall, slender doors that are configured in the vanity to mimic columns. Back Wall: The back wall unit is built for storage and display, plus it houses a television that intentionally blends into the deep coloration of the millwork. The positioning of the television allows it to be watched from multiple vantage points – even from the shower. An under counter refrigerator is located in the lower left portion of unit. El baño de los niños, se convirtió en un espacio con el que crecer. Un mueble de dos lavabos y dos complementos en negro, aportaban el contraste con el que decidimos crear la imagen. Así mismo, para darle un toque divertido, colocamos unos cuadros sobre la taza para que puedan ir cambiando y actualizándose. Sin duda, un espacio amplio y muy luminoso, perfecto en el que creamos perspectiva apostando por el color en la zona de ducha, mediante un azulejo turquesa con colocación en espiga.

For the Mallard Walk powder room, all finishes, fixtures, wall covering, lighting, flooring and accessories were updated - which contemporized the space and brought it up to date.
