The client brief was to update a very small en-suite bathroom that had been problematic since installation from another building company. On rip out we discovered that the drainage had not been installed correctly and had to remedied before any refit took place. The client had a good idea of what they required from the off set and we met there expectations in full.

In this photo set, we featured a remodeling project featuring our Alexander 36-inch Single Bathroom Vanity. This vanity features 3 coats of clear glaze to showcase the natural wood grain and finish of the vanity. It's topped off by a naturally sourced, carrara marble top. This bathroom was originally a guest bathroom. The buyer noted to us that they wanted to make this guest bathroom feel bigger and utilized as much space. Some choices made in this project included: - Patterned floor tiles as a pop - Clean white tiles for wall paper with white slates above - A combination of an open shower and freestanding porcelain bathtub with a inset shelf - Golden brass accents in the metal hardware including shower head, faucets, and towel rack - A one-piece porcelain toilet to match the bath tub. - A big circle mirror with a gold brass frame to match the hardware - White towels and ammenities - One simple plant to add a pop of green to pair well with the wood finish of the vanity

This is the perfect custom basement bathroom. Complete with a tiled shower base, and beautiful fixed piece of glass to show your tile with a clean and classy look. The black hardware is matching throughout the bathroom, including a matching black schluter corner shelf to match the shower drain, it’s the small details that designs a great bathroom.

A lovely bathroom that is both practical and modern looking. As you walk into the room, everything is set out to be easily accessible. On the right is the comfort height toilet. Comfort height toilets are more comfortable for taller people and for people that have difficulty getting up from a low seat. The drop down rail next to the toilet is designed to provide support and has the adjustable leg for extra stability. The rail can be easily folded up and down to prevent unnecessary space being taken up when not in use. The sage green wall hung unit is great for storage with its large drawer. Being wall hung, it allows for easy cleaning and also makes the room feel more spacious. The walk in shower was the perfect choice for this room. With its open entrance and grab bar for support, it is safe to walk in and out of. Having wet wall panels within the shower enclosure instead of tiles is a popular option. With their smooth surfaces, cleaning is made so much easier with a quick wipe down. They also add a feature to the room as they are available in many colour options. A lovely bathroom that is equipped with the necessary aids for our customers safety and comfort.

The en-suite renovation for our client's daughter combined girly charm with sophistication. Grey and pink hues, brushed brass accents, blush pink tiles, and Crosswater hardware created a timeless yet playful space. Wall-hung toilet, quartz shelf, HIB mirror, and brushed brass shower door added functionality and elegance.

Senior Cottage The Senior Cottage was a community project for the Frederick County Housing Trust along with Frederick County Building Industry Association. Students from Frederick County Public Schools Career and Technology Center constructed this cottage to create awareness for the need for skilled trades and showcase the cottage as an option for senior housing. We were honored to be a part of the team and lend my skill as a designer to this project.
