By removing the small island and adding an angular peninsula we were able to add informal seating, additional work space and storage. Allowing for great function and social interaction. The rockface edge on the peninsula and stone striped backsplash incorporate some of the owners passion for the outdoors and soften this contemporary design. Photography By Mary DaRos
