Our St. Pete studio designed this stunning pied-à-terre for a couple looking for a luxurious retreat in the city. Our studio went all out with colors, textures, and materials that evoke five-star luxury and comfort in keeping with their request for a resort-like home with modern amenities. In the vestibule that the elevator opens to, we used a stylish black and beige palm leaf patterned wallpaper that evokes the joys of Gulf Coast living. In the adjoining foyer, we used stylish wainscoting to create depth and personality to the space, continuing the millwork into the dining area. We added bold emerald green velvet chairs in the dining room, giving them a charming appeal. A stunning chandelier creates a sharp focal point, and an artistic fawn sculpture makes for a great conversation starter around the dining table. We ensured that the elegant green tone continued into the stunning kitchen and cozy breakfast nook through the beautiful kitchen island and furnishings. In the powder room, too, we went with a stylish black and white wallpaper and green vanity, which adds elegance and luxe to the space. We first worked with these clients in their Toronto home. They recently moved to a new-build in Kleinburg. While their Toronto home was traditional in style and décor, they wanted a more transitional look for their new home. We selected a neutral colour palette of creams, soft grey/blues and added punches of bold colour through art, toss cushions and accessories. All furnishings were curated to suit this family’s lifestyle. They love to host and entertain large family gatherings so maximizing seating in all main spaces was a must. The kitchen table was custom-made to accommodate 12 people comfortably for lunch or dinner or friends dropping by for coffee. A modern country home for a busy family with young children. The home remodel included enlarging the footprint of the kitchen to allow a larger island for more seating and entertaining, as well as provide more storage and a desk area. The pocket door pantry and the full height corner pantry was high on the client's priority list. From the cabinetry to the green peacock wallpaper and vibrant blue tiles in the bathrooms, the colourful touches throughout the home adds to the energy and charm. The result is a modern, relaxed, eclectic aesthetic with practical and efficient design features to serve the needs of this family.

The adjacent powder room aligns with the new traditional-style kitchen with matching custom cabinetry by WS Feldt. The walls are lined in the perfect shade of blue-green grass cloth.
