A Custom double vanity fits perfectly in this spacious Master Bath. The vanity color is Benjamin Moore Andes Summit. The countertop material is White River Granite. The mirrors were purchased by the client. All of the hardware is Crystal knobs from Emtek.

This contemporary bathroom features white marble look porcelain tile, navy blue shaker cabinets, an extra large shower with large subway tile in navy blue with mother of pearl accents.

Our Austin studio used quirky patterns and colors as well as eco-friendly furnishings and materials to give this home a unique design language that suits the young family who lives there. The house's second bathroom was only half a bath with an access door at the dining area. We extended the bathroom by an additional 36" into the family room and relocated the entry door to be in the minor hallway leading to the family room as well. A classical transitional bathroom with white crayon style tile on the walls, including the entire wall of the toilet and the vanity. The alcove tub has a barn door style glass shower enclosure. and the color scheme is a classical white/gold/blue mix.

The "Dream of the '90s" was alive in this industrial loft condo before Neil Kelly Portland Design Consultant Erika Altenhofen got her hands on it. No new roof penetrations could be made, so we were tasked with updating the current footprint. Erika filled the niche with much needed storage provisions, like a shelf and cabinet. The shower tile will replaced with stunning blue "Billie Ombre" tile by Artistic Tile. An impressive marble slab was laid on a fresh navy blue vanity, white oval mirrors and fitting industrial sconce lighting rounds out the remodeled space.

You don't have to own a big celebrity mansion to have a beautifully appointed house finished with unique and special materials. When my clients bought an average condo kitted out with all the average builder-grade things that average builders stuff into spaces like that, they longed to make it theirs. Being collectors of colorful Fiesta tableware and lovers of extravagant stone, we set about infusing the space with a dose of their fun personality. There wasn’t a corner of the house that went untouched in this extensive renovation. The ground floor got a complete make-over with a new Calacatta Gold tile floor, and I designed a very special border of Lunada Bay glass mosaic tiles that outlines the edge of every room. We ripped out a solid walled staircase and replaced it with a visually lighter cable rail system, and a custom hanging chandelier now shines over the living room. The kitchen was redesigned to take advantage of a wall that was previously just shallow pantry storage. By opening it up and installing cabinetry, we doubled the counter space and made the kitchen much more spacious and usable. We also removed a low hanging set of upper cabinets that cut off the kitchen from the rest of the ground floor spaces. Acquarella Fantasy quartzite graces the counter surfaces and continues down in a waterfall feature in order to enjoy as much of this stone’s natural beauty as possible. One of my favorite spaces turned out to be the primary bathroom. The scheme for this room took shape when we were at a slab warehouse shopping for material. We stumbled across a packet of a stunning quartzite called Fusion Wow Dark and immediately fell in love. We snatched up a pair of slabs for the counter as well as the back wall of the shower. My clients were eager to be rid of a tub-shower alcove and create a spacious curbless shower, which meant a full piece of stone on the entire long wall would be stunning. To compliment it, I found a neutral, sandstone-like tile for the return walls of the shower and brought it around the remaining walls of the space, capped with a coordinating chair rail. But my client's love of gold and all things sparkly led us to a wonderful mosaic. Composed of shifting hues of honey and gold, I envisioned the mosaic on the vanity wall and as a backing for the niche in the shower. We chose a dark slate tile to ground the room, and designed a luxurious, glass French door shower enclosure. Little touches like a motion-detected toe kick night light at the vanity, oversized LED mirrors, and ultra-modern plumbing fixtures elevate this previously simple bathroom. And I designed a watery-themed guest bathroom with a deep blue vanity, a large LED mirror, toe kick lights, and customized handmade porcelain tiles illustrating marshland scenes and herons. Our Princeton architects designed this spacious shower and made room for a freestanding soaking tub as well in a space which previously featured a built-in jacuzzi bath. The floor and walls of the shower feature La Marca Polished Statuario Nuovo, a porcelain tile with the look and feel of marble. The new vanity is by Greenfield Cabinetry in Benjamin Moore Polaris Blue.

CMI Construction converted a small kitchen and office space into the open farmhouse style kitchen the client requested. The remodel also included a master bath update in which the tub was removed to create a large walk-in custom tiled shower.

Acrylic freestanding tub added in this light, bright, and refreshing bathroom remodel. From drab colors to light and bright was the transformation of this bathroom remodel. First and trending, garden tub is removed and replaced with a white acrylic freestanding tub. In addition, to a beautifully wrapped subway tile wall eloquently displayed with a glass mixed mosaic tile. Along with adding a Schluter metal shelf just above the tub to hold those necessities with a matching schluter metal trim along the top of the mosaic. Next, shower modified and enlarged to accommodate a marble bench, threshold, and beautiful shelves to hold those necessities. Included just above the bench is a niche neatly hidden to accommodate additional storage. Coupled with a waterfall tile running down the center of the back wall is stunning. Shower floor and interior of niche completed in a honed lava grey tile. Furthermore, cabinets refreshed and refurbished with a blue grey paint topped with elegant marble countertops. Together with the glass mixed mosaic and subway tile was used throughout the bathroom adding the finishing touches and creating a sense of luxury. Finally, warm wood-look grey tile flowing throughout the floor is inviting. The before and after photos of this bathroom remodel is stunning. When refreshing, light, and bright are in order. This bathroom renovation is perfectly displayed.

Craft Home Remodeling proudly presents a modern ocean-themed sanctuary, where tranquility meets contemporary design. When old floor tile started to crack and the cramped tub was uncomfortable due to keeping your knees bent to fit, the clients knew they wanted an update. They are skiers and wanted the luxury of a jetted tub and steam shower to relax & pamper sore muscles. It was important to them to incorporate blue, their favorite color and sleek contemporary fixtures and interesting, one of kind finishes. Featuring chromotherapy, and surrounded by a deck of stunning Italian glass & mirrored floral mosaic tile, the jetted tub grabs your attention. A beautiful oversized contemporary pendant light fixture, featuring 60 hanging swirl crystal pieces and balls from a mirrored canopy, emerges from the ceiling highlighting the Palladian window and tub. The steam shower is surrounded by in relief circular contemporary wall tile. Large cream colored marble floor tile, mosaic floor for the shower and granite bench and counter tops complete the finishes. “His and Hers” Indigo Blue vanities anchor the door. Custom cut mirrors over the door and each vanity are surrounded by millwork that highlights the vanities. Crystal beaded sconces that appear to float on the mirrors complete the design.

This wonderful renovation replaced an outdated (think - teal colored sinks, tub, etc.) hall bathroom into a new space that meets to needs of a multi-generational family and guests. Features include a curbless entry shower, dual vanities, no-slip matte porcelain flooring, a free standing tub, multiple layers of dimmable LED lighting, and a pocket door that eliminates door obstruction. Reinforced wall blocking was installed to allow for future additions of grab bars that might be needed. The warm beige palette features deep navy cabinetry, recycled glass countertops and shower bench seating and interesting mosaic tile accents framing the custom vanity mirrors.
