We updated this dreary brown bathroom by re-surfacing the hardwood floors, updating the base and case, new transitional door in black, white cabinetry with drawers, all in one sink and counter, dual flush toilet, gold plumbing, fun drop light, circle mirror, gold and white wall covering, and gold with marble hardware!

A outdated 1990's bathroom get a fresh but traditional update. A free standing tub replaces the garden tub. A spacious custom subway tile shower was also added. All new grey double vanity and all new fixtures.

This Cardiff home remodel truly captures the relaxed elegance that this homeowner desired. The kitchen, though small in size, is the center point of this home and is situated between a formal dining room and the living room. The selection of a gorgeous blue-grey color for the lower cabinetry gives a subtle, yet impactful pop of color. Paired with white upper cabinets, beautiful tile selections, and top of the line JennAir appliances, the look is modern and bright. A custom hood and appliance panels provide rich detail while the gold pulls and plumbing fixtures are on trend and look perfect in this space. The fireplace in the family room also got updated with a beautiful new stone surround. Finally, the master bathroom was updated to be a serene, spa-like retreat. Featuring a spacious double vanity with stunning mirrors and fixtures, large walk-in shower, and gorgeous soaking bath as the jewel of this space. Soothing hues of sea-green glass tiles create interest and texture, giving the space the ultimate coastal chic aesthetic.

The client wanted to pack some fun into this small space, so the soft gray vanity finish fit the design perfectly, along with the ceiling color and wallpaper.

This master bathroom is absolutely jaw dropping! Starting with the all glass-enclosed marble shower, freestanding bath tub, shiplap walls, cement tile floor, Hinkley lighting and finishing with marble topped stained vanities, this bathroom offers a spa type experience which is beyond special! Our clients had been in their home since the early 1980’s and decided it was time for some updates. We took on the kitchen, two bathrooms and a powder room. The primary objectives for the powder room were to update the materials and provide some storage in the small space. It was also important to the homeowners to have materials that would be easy to maintain over the long term. A Kohler tailored vanity and coordinating medicine cabinet provide ample storage for the small room. The dark wood vanity and textured wallpaper add contrast and texture to the home’s soft gray pallet. The integrated sink top and ceramic floor tile were budget-friendly and low maintenance. The homeowners were not too sure about the patterned floor tile but once installed it became one of their favorite elements of the project!
