In this serene family home we worked in a palette of soft gray/blues and warm walnut wood tones that complimented the clients' collection of original South African artwork. We happily incorporated vintage items passed down from relatives and treasured family photos creating a very personal home where this family can relax and unwind. Our homeowners approached us for design help shortly after purchasing a fixer upper. They wanted to redesign the home into an open concept plan. Their goal was something that would serve multiple functions: allow them to entertain small groups while accommodating their two small children not only now but into the future as they grow up and have social lives of their own. They wanted the kitchen opened up to the living room to create a Great Room. The living room was also in need of an update including the bulky, existing brick fireplace. They were interested in an aesthetic that would have a mid-century flair with a modern layout. We added built-in cabinetry on either side of the fireplace mimicking the wood and stain color true to the era. The adjacent Family Room, needed minor updates to carry the mid-century flavor throughout.

A beautiful home in the Arcadia area that needed a new fresh look with all new furnishings. The space is grounded by a large sofa with chaise in a textured navy fabric with custom pillows to add the detail and extra detail. Kravet Chairs in a soft taupe chenille not only offer comfort but a great new fresh stylish look. Small space living solutions are used throughout this contemporary 596 square foot tiny house. Adjustable height table in the entry area serves as both a coffee table for socializing and as a dining table for eating. Curved banquette is upholstered in outdoor fabric for durability and maximizes space with hidden storage underneath the seat. Kitchen island has a retractable countertop for additional seating while the living area conceals a work desk and media center behind sliding shoji screens. Calming tones of sand and deep ocean blue fill the tiny bedroom downstairs. Glowing bedside sconces utilize wall-mounting and swing arms to conserve bedside space and maximize flexibility.

A simple idea gracefully executed in the Larmes Collection. Row upon row of Clear oversized teardrops, mounted onto an extended Polished Chrome lamp holder that supports xenon lamps sets the stage. Individually adjustable drops for custom stagger effects allow for dramatic impact. An added benefit of each drop being aircraft cable-suspended is the ability to adjust the overall height of the piece to fit the space. The overall result is stark and stunning.

Dining room was long and narrow added glass/metal carts in the bay window for serving, area rug to soften the tiled floor and beautiful window treatment panels that mimic the framed art with tree branches in gold/cream colors along with roman shades for privacy. Paint colors to soften the room and the ceiling a metallic silver.

Dane and his team were originally hired to shift a few rooms around when the homeowners' son left for college. He created well-functioning spaces for all, spreading color along the way. Our client wanted to renovate their kitchen but not remove their cabinetry. We designed the kitchen to include new flooring, painted their cabinets and added a gray glaze. We installed new counter top, back splash, added lighting and new furniture. The home is for a hard working family with a number of dogs so it had to be easy to clean.

Таким образом планировка, которую мы предложили практически не отличается от исходной.
