Both the master bath and the guest bath were in dire need of a remodel. The guest bath was a much simpler project, basically replacing what was there in the same location with upgraded cabinets, tile, fittings fixtures and lighting. The most dramatic feature is the patterned floor tile and the navy blue painted ship lap wall behind the vanity. The master was another project. First, we enlarged the bathroom and an adjacent closet by straightening out the walls across the entire length of the bedroom. This gave us the space to create a lovely bathroom complete with a double bowl sink, medicine cabinet, wash let toilet and a beautiful shower.

Stunning bathroom which features Burlington Bathrooms stafford long Nose pillar taps over the classic basin and Stafford taps over the britton freestanding bath. HiB Theme 60 mirror has light adjustments changing from a cool white to warm. This mirror also has a heated pad to keep condensation away.

When a large family renovated a home nestled in the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains, all bathrooms received dazzling upgrades, but none more so than this sweet and beautiful bathroom for their nine year-old daughter who is crazy for every Disney heroine or Princess. We laid down a floor of sparkly white Thassos marble edged with a mother of pearl mosaic. Every space can use something shiny and the mirrored vanity, gleaming chrome fixtures, and glittering crystal light fixtures bring a sense of glamour. This bathroom is shared by a family of four, and can be close quarters in the mornings with a cramped shower and single vanity. However, without having anywhere to expand into, the bathroom size could not be changed. Our solution was to keep it bright and clean. By removing the tub and having a clear shower door, you give the illusion of more open space. The previous tub/shower area was cut down a few inches in order to put a 48" vanity in, which allowed us to add a trough sink and double faucets. Though the overall size only changed a few inches, they are now able to have two people utilize the sink area at the same time. White subway tile with gray grout, hexagon shower floor and accents, wood look vinyl flooring, and a white vanity kept this bathroom classic and bright.

The layout in the second-floor bathroom was changed to better accommodate the toilet, tub, and shower. A new vanity was added for more storage and kid delineated space. The crown trim along the vanity wall was part of the existing built in.

The designers at Fordham Marble created a soothing feel with grey and white Marble bubble mosaic pattern on the floors. Completely unexpected.

White and blue are a classic design combination and we felt done in this fresh way made this room work for the children and family guests. The dark blue glass tile is a fun accent but will look classic for years. The colourful accessories are perfect for the children and are contemporary enough to appeal to adults as well. White tiles, fixtures and cabinetry makes this space feel larger than it’s actual footprint. The white also helps keep it light and airy. Additional lighting was added in the tub area for evening tub time and showers too. The built-in niche keeps essentials handy. The additional counter space and cabinet add storage as well. This bathroom is teeny tiny, and we couldn't change the original footprint. But using quality materials and light finishes made it feel new and bright, and perfectly suited to the elegance of the house. Beveled white tile, lots of Carrara marble, polished nickel fixtures, and period sconces all played a role in this spectacular facelift.
