Bridge House, Bottesford

Bridge house is a 4 bedroom character cottage in the village of Bottesford, Leicestershire. Our clients. re-stored the cottage to a beautiful finish and created a 'new home' within an 'old shell', whilst retaining of the beautiful character features of the property. We staged the property to be sympathetic to the character features but with a modern twist to appeal to its target buyers. A fabulous result for our clients as it sold before listing as a buyer asked to view whilst looking at the new build property next door!!!
