Nest Designs LLCEco-Rehabarama house. This dining space is adjacent to the kitchen and the living area in a very open floor-plan. We converted the garage into a kitchen and updated the entire house. The red barn door is made from recycled materials. The hardware for the door was salvaged from an old barn door. We used wood from the demolition to make the barn door. This image shows the entire barn door with the kitchen table. The door divides the laundry and utility room from the dining space. It's a practical solution to separate the two spaces while adding an interesting focal point to the room. Love the pop of red against the neutral walls. The door is painted with Sherwin Williams Red Obsession SW7590 and the walls are Sherwin Williams Warm Stone SW 7032.

Simply Stunning SpacesThis Coronado Condo went from dated to updated by replacing the tile flooring with newly updated ash grey wood floors, glossy white kitchen cabinets, MSI ash gray quartz countertops, coordinating built-ins, 4x12" white glass subway tiles, under cabinet lighting and outlets, automated solar screen roller shades and stylish modern furnishings and light fixtures from Restoration Hardware.
Molly's Marketplace, a home renovation's paradiseWe completely updated this home from the outside to the inside. Every room was touched because the owner wanted to make it very sell-able. Our job was to lighten, brighten and do as many updates as we could on a shoe string budget. We started with the outside and we cleared the lakefront so that the lakefront view was open to the house. We also trimmed the large trees in the front and really opened the house up, before we painted the home and freshen up the landscaping. Inside we painted the house in a white duck color and updated the existing wood trim to a modern white color. We also installed shiplap on the TV wall and white washed the existing Fireplace brick. We installed lighting over the kitchen soffit as well as updated the can lighting. We then updated all 3 bathrooms. We finished it off with custom barn doors in the newly created office as well as the master bedroom. We completed the look with custom furniture!
Zebra Stone Artisans. LLCBrick veneer wall. Imagine what the original wall looked like before installing brick veneer over it. On this project, the homeowner wanted something more appealing than just a regular drywall. When she contacted us, we scheduled a meeting where we presented her with multiple options. However, when we look into the fact that she wanted something light weight to go over the dry wall, we thought an antique brick wall would be her best choice.
However, most antique bricks are plain red and not the color she had envisioned for beautiful living room. Luckily, we found this 200year old salvaged handmade bricks. Which turned out to be the perfect color for her living room.
These bricks came in full size and weighed quite a bit. So, in order to install them on drywall, we had to reduce the thickness by cutting them to half an inch. And in the cause cutting them, many did break. Since imperfection is core to the beauty in this kind of work, we were able to use all the broken bricks. Hench that stunningly beautiful wall.
Lastly, it’s important to note that, this rustic look would not have been possible without the right color of mortar. Had these bricks been on the original plantation house, they would have had that creamy lime look. However since you can’t find pure lime in the market, we had to fake the color of mortar to depick the original look.
Act 1 Flooring, Inc.This is a wood plank tile that stands up to your high traffic areas and has a great look. It's a porcelain tile made by Bedrosians. It is called Forest Walnut and it comes in 8"x36" planks as well as 8"x48" (pictured). This is a great looking tile and very affordable.

OuvrageNous avons restauré la cheminée en marbre du salon puis fait piquer la pierre bordelaise pour lui rendre sa clarté d’origine. Nous espérions surtout pouvoir récupérer le parquet d'époque, caché sous des strates de parquet plus récentes ; Bonne surprise, celui-ci était intact et s'étendait dans l'entrée et dans toute la pièce de vie. Il a donc pu être poncé et vernis.
