Block Island House

Renovations and additions to the existing 1100 square foot cottage included new bedrooms on the second floor and opening up the first floor to create a completely updated 1600 SF summer home. An additional 240 SF was provided in the new screen porch addition. Views of the harbor can be enjoyed from every room of the house and the length of the new deck.
