This is stamped concrete, I'm not sure what the specific pattern is called which was used here but the concrete has a natural stone texture. The concrete was "antiqued" with a few variations of colors to give it a more natural appearance. When sealed stamped concrete can be quite slippery when wet, however a non-skid sealing agent can be applied to add traction. Best regards!
