We had the swan neck stand made bespoke by one of our metal work fabricators. It's a length of galvanised stainless steel metal tube, powder coated black built to the size we needed. We concreted a post into the ground and attached the arm to it with adjustable fixings so it could be swung around and locked into the desired position. The tube is hollow so we could run the cable through it and had a hook attached to the end to hang the chandelier.
