if you order furniture online and plan to have it delivered.... Be aware they will give you a two week window and you must be available on the day THEY say. There is no flexibility. Their shipping model is for all deliveries to to be sent on a truck on two week cycles around the country. Everyone else has figured out how to reasonably accomodate the customer...but not this company. They deliver when it works best for them....not when it might work well for you.

Their pieces have worked well for our clients varying tastes and styles and their customer service team is very accommodating. From accessories to larger pieces, we love to turn to Room & Board for our furniture sourcing. We will continue to use them for our future projects!

We've been long-time, loyal customers of Room & Board and have spent thousands of $$,$$$ at their stores over the years. We've had very few service issues and generally good customer service. However, we've soured on R&B after contacting them about a design/structural defect with the set of Dorian Leather Dining Chairs that we purchased. We paid over $1200 for the set of SIX and they have NOT stood the test of time. The chairs have NO support bar across the top of the seatback, and as a result, are splitting apart and can NOT BE REPAIRED. We've had several highly experienced furniture repair people look at the chairs and they agree that the chairs are structurally defective, yet R&B disagrees and will NOT stand behind their product. Coincidentally, they no longer sell this chair. The experience has left a very poor taste in our mouths; we will no longer support this company.

We have been using Room and Board items for kids rooms for years now and love the whimsy they bring to our spaces. Their bunk beds are extremely well built and easy to manage for kids. They are safe, while still being sleek. We highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and great quality.
